    Q:Trying to figure out if these will fit above my curtain rods. I have exactly 5 inches of space between curtain rod bracket and ceiling. Will these fit? Also curious what the width is of each beam.

    A:  Beam is "U" shaped. The Bottom exposed width is for item is 5-7/8 inches. The Height (from Ceiling to Bottom) is 3-7/8. We would suggest ordering a 6 inches long sample piece Model No. 5APD103520.

      A:  American Pro Decor carries 2 options: 1) using our "U-Shaped" Plastic Faux Bracket with 4 bolts (model# 5APD10013 ) http://www.homedepot.com/p/American-Pro-Decor-4-1-2-in-x-7-7-8-in-x-3-8-in-Faux-Bracket-for-Modern-Faux-Wood-Beam-5APD10013/203614526 OR our Rubber Strap model# 5APD10016. Besides of that, a PL Premium construction adhesive can be used to join the 2 beams but would need to find a GEL STAIN to touch it up.
