Q:I purchased a spreader model#45-02884, one of the ferrules was not threaded, so I need a new one replaced asap, holding up my spring time fertilizer applications

A:  We at Agri-Fab value you as a customer and your opinions are important. Missing/ defective parts are as frustrating to us as they are to you. As a company we take this very seriously and work with our quality and production control team to get any issues corrected. Agri-Fab customer care team is available Monday - Friday between 7 am to 5 pm CST at 800-448-9282 to assist you. Please give us a call before returning the unit as to hopefully we can help you get it up and going. I will need a little information in order to fully assist you. Every Agri-Fab product has a silver and black sticker. This sticker will have your complete model number and date code.

    Q:I have a 175lb drop spreader that has no discernible model number and it needs new tires. Are the tires/wheels the same for All of your drop spreaders or are they model specific?

      A:  You can use sand as long as its 50/50 mix with another product. Sand alone is not recommended. Thank you.

          Q:My property has many puncture vines aka goat heads that poke hoes in pneumatic tires and make them go flat.  Do you offer solid tires for this scenario?  My local tire store is reluctant to foam-fill the tires due to concern about the plastic hubs.  What

              A:  No anti skid gravel is not recommended. There is a label on the back of the spreader that list the products that can be used. Also the manual has a chart.

                A:  You need to close the flow plate on the hopper by hand. It does not auto stop when the spreader stops. Thank you.
