A: Downstream. Do NOT use bleach in the detergent tank as it is too harsh on the plastic components of the power washer.

Q:Will this pull water from a tank or does it need some water pressure entering the machine?
by|Sep 6, 2018

Answer This Question
A: You need to supply at least 4 gallons of water per minute to the power washer. Therefore the water source must be pressurized. Anything less than 4 GPM will result in low pressure performance and premature pump failure.

A: I do not know if the washer can pull from a tank, as I hook it up to a garden hose. I am pleased with the washer, however, and would recommend it.

Answer This Question
A: The 383S hose reel is a "storage" hose reel. The reel is best used for long-term storage. During the cleaning season, simply wrap the HP hose around the handle for convenience. Q:How effective is this unit at removing paint from brick?
by|Mar 15, 2016
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: I can't be certain this will remove the paint off of a brick. If its loose paint it should remove it but if its not loose you will probably need more PSI for that specific job.

Q:Is this model right for cleaning a house
by|Mar 14, 2016
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Exterior cleaning only except if drain is available. This pressure washer will do a great job cleaning siding. However, as with all pressure washing, there a several things to keep in mind: 1) Pressure washers work best when the HP spray is 1 to 2 feet from the surface being cleaned, 2) longer distance can be accomplished with the adjustable spray lance when the nozzle shoots a "pencil-point" spray, 3) lance extensions can be added to reach higher points of the house siding without having to stand on a ladder. For more information on cleaning siding and extension lance options, contact AR Blue Clean by email: info@arblueclean.com or call 866-235-5112 8-5pm CST M-F.
