A:  You get just one pipe wrench. Yes, they are a little more expensive than some other brands, but more than worth it.

A:  As far as I know they don’t have one that’s thinner. That’s when I use a chain wrench with a cheater bar. I bought an 18” pipe wrench and within the first week the teeth broke.
