A:  The installation can be done where the door is left to right or right to left. The installation hardware/screws go on the sides and into your wall studs. There is no top or bottom.

A:  Hi, There, the piano hinge is on the left when you are facing it for factory setting. Actually you can decide which side you need before recess mount. Thank you.

A:  We installed it with the hinges on the right side. I believe it can be on either side.

A:  The cabinet can be installed either way by flipping over. I have one on the right side and one on the left side.

A:  Hi, Steve, Please refer to the IM included. The unit is only for recessed mount as the description mentioned. No side mirrors to be attached. There will be no 4 alu brackets there, if they are there, it was surely a mistake. Sorry. Please note.

A:  1". The same as my old plastic one. The extra depth fits in the wall. You could take out your old one and measure the depth of the interior space to be sure it will work.

A:  The cabinet lip extends an inch from the wall and the mirror adds another 1/2 inch.

A:  Approx 13.5" x 23.5" Inner cabinet with a 1" frame around.

A:  I have no way of confirming that the cabinets I bought last year are the models you ask about, but the mirrored doors on mine are 16 x 26, and I assume Home Depot wouldn't have asked me to respond to the question unless mine are the models you ask about. That said, my cabinets, including the closed mirrored door, extend 1 1/2" out from the wall.

A:  Yes, and it is nice large cabinet. Only thing you have to remember is to pull open in the middle of the mirror between the top and the bottom. Make sure you put the clear rubber pads on the stainless. Don't know how I was able to fit so much in the cabinet and still have left over room.
