2 ft. 8 in. x 4 ft. 5 in. x 6 ft. Large Vertical Storage Shed

Since Home Depot doesn't carry this in stock I ordered on line and had delivered to my local HD. Arrived a day early. Box was intact and no visible damage. Was fairly easy to assemble, only part you may need help is with placing the roof in place. Not heavy, just awkward. 2 points where the directions and Illustrations were poor. 1.) The hinges were puzzling. I struggled to understand how they connect to the shed side walls. They don't slide on to the side wall mounts as stated in the directions, they more or less snap on and you have to bend the doors open wide while holding the hinges on the plastic sidewall mounts. The leverage of doing this snaps the hinges in place. Also its not clear how the bolts go into the hinges. The hinges themselves hide to some degree, the threads that the bolts screw into. Initially I thought I was missing the nuts to these 2 bolts. 2.) The steel bar that mounts to the inside front part of the roof was a mystery to me. The directions didn't say what it was for, and there are no pre-drilled holes or dimples indicating where you should install the bar and drill the screws. And while the directions do explain that there are no pre-drilled holes for the bar, it doesn't feel right guestimating where you should be drilling the holes. In the end, I realized the only purpose of the steel rod / bar was to add weight to the front - inside part of the roof so it would stand up to the wind better. Something that I think should have been explained better. Overall though I think It's pretty well thought out and I'm happy with the outcome. 2 tips if you don't have an extra set of hands to help with the assembly and putting into place. 1.) Tilt a mop or broom against the walls while connecting to the back wall. 2.) Once fully assembled slide the shed on to a rug or old blanket and drag the shed to the location you want to place it.

The shed was very easy to assemble. I'm 5'2" and was able to build it myself, although I asked a tall person to snap the back panels' bases in place (could have done it with a step stool, so don't let that stop you). The pieces are lightweight and clearly marked, and the instructions are easy to follow. You should have either a base for it or be prepared to build one if placing on soft ground. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with the accessories shown in the images. Bummer!!

I absolutely love this shed; so much that I bought two more for a total of three!

Purchased this shed February, 2022. At the end of this past summer, I noticed that the roof had warped, which pulled out a number of the screws attaching a metal reinforcement bar underneath. With a 10 year warranty, I assumed this would be covered. However, Suncast denied the claim, despite me submitting photos showing the shed was installed level and plumb on a solid base. There are numerous other reviews mentioning warped roofs. This will be my last Suncast product.

Door hinges pop off - won’t stay on. I have 2 doors leaning into my shed and winter is coming. Maybe i should plastic wrap the whole thing.

Extremely disappointed in this purchase. The screws that hold the reinforcing channel to the top of the shed have torn out. Customer service told me it was not a manufacturer defect and there was nothing they can do. An absolute joke. This shed is made like garbage. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this.

Installed on patio of condo. Perfect size for HOA guidelines. Small issues during assembly were answered on You Tube. Not a one man job for an old man!

As described, easy to build. The doors don't line up which bothers me.

I bought this shed for my home in Central Florida back in July, I basically needed a place to keep a few yard tools that was not a buffet for termites so I went with this shed. I was able to assemble the shed in about an hour in the hot sun with basic hand tools and WD-40. I found that the screws that everyone complains about on the hinges went in a lot better with a little WD-40 and running the screw through the threads before doing the install. So far the shed has held up, even in Ian.
