I recommend watching video for installation tips prior to install and setup area. They were easy and quick to install, just a few minutes each. I would have preferred the front edge a little further in for my cabinet style, but I love the drawers and am happy with them. I will be ordering more.

Purchased two of these for a client. Package received when promised and the exact items as specified. Very well constructed. Easy to install especially with the template they provide. The client is very pleased with the finished product.

We measured the cabinet opening as instructed, but the drawers came 3/4" narrower than measured. That is in addition to leaving room for the sliding mechanism. 3/4" may not sound like very much, but adding that to losing space for the cabinet trim and the sliding mechanism, the drawer itself is 4" narrower than my cabinet interior

Everything fit very well.

These shelves worked out very well, I'd read the reviews and thought they were worth a try. The order arrived quickly, was well packaged and the instructions were clear. The first one took about 30 minutes and the second one about half that. My only challenge was that as bottom mount brackets, I had to shim them up to clear the lip on the cabinets, not really difficult but worth mentioning. Overall very pleased, now planning my next installation.

The quality of the drawers is very good and I am very happy with them 1 month in. Something I didn't know beforehand was that the drawers are designed to sit on a shelf, they are mounted on the top of the shelves. I did not have full length shelves for them to sit on, so I had to get creative with the install.

The instructions for measuring for these shelves are quite lengthy-I read them twice, really 3 times if you count reading during measurement taking. I measured my cabinets for a lower and upper pullout. My door hinge protrudes into my cabinet opening and it is less than the 4-1/2” from base, so following directions I used the measurement from hinge to hinge. Once receiving the pullout shelves and preparing for installation, I could have used the opening of my cabinet and gained a little more than an inch space. This would also have allowed me to order the same size pullouts versus a smaller one for the lower. Secondly, planning on installing the 2nd pullout in center of cabinet and some of my cabinets do not have shelves-thus the need for pullouts. The installation requires a center shelf, nowhere in the measurements does it say the a center shelf will be needed to install these shelves. If I had known that I would have gone with a different option. Finally, the soft close, doesn’t close well, nearly have to force it all the way back into the cabinet. Now to try to retro fit/jury-rig the middle shelves. In the “Helpful Information Tips & Tricks” it says “If you determine that you made an error in your cabinet measurements and your slide-out is too big, also call our Customer Service department toll-free at 1-800-507-0522 and we will help with a solution. There was no solution to exchanging the smaller shelf and the solution for installing the upper is to but one of their shelves or buying wood from Home Depot to make a shelf for installation. I literally would have gotten $8 roller face frame mount glides. Disappointing.

This is an excellent product, so much so that the company raised the price 5.5% over the past 3 weeks, but it is still worth it. I agree with all the other positive reviews, from quick turn-around, to easy installation, to using the pre-finished birch facing if that works for your project (looks fine and is one less step), to using L brackets to prevent shelves from tipping. If I could make one recommendation to the company, it would be to put a colorful label on the all-important template. It is a hard type of fiber board that looks very much like the cardboard packaging that accompanies the shelves (see photo) and almost got tossed by mistake.

They were made to order, perfect size and pretty easy to install. Would definitely purchase again

These shelf slide outs are made very high quality and were easy to install into my cabinets. It is so much easier to access the stuff in the back of the cabinet when you can slide the shelf out.
