A sealer may not be suitable, as the paint can prevent it from properly penetrating. We recommend checking with the sealer manufacture to ensure that the product can be applied to a previously coated surface. Rust Oleum 2300 Flat Yellow Exterior Traffic Striping Paint

This is Rust Oleum brand exterior traffic striping paint. It is 2300 flat yellow paint that is water based and can accept vehicle traffic in 8 hours. The paint can be applied by brush, roller, or spray and clean up is with soap and water. The paint is marked For Industrial Professional Use Only but is easy to use for small business's and do it yourselfers. The paint is easy to apply, and is easy to clean up and the flat yellow color is attention getting for safety markings as needed. I am happy with the quality of this safety traffic striping paint, and the easy water based clean up and would recommend it.

A Premium quality striping paint

I bought Rust-Oleum brand paint for some curbing because this brand has always been my favorite. I was surprised to find out that Rust-Oleum 2300 Traffic Striping Enamel is water based, not oil based. It comes as a case of two each 1-gallon cans. It can be applied with a brush or roller. For some striping jobs, a striping machine would be more appropriate. It dries quickly, in around a half-hour. There is almost no odor, and it's not flammable. Since it is water based, cleanup is much easier than oil-based paints.

High quality bright yellow striping paint

This Rustoleum 2300 traffic striping paint comes a two pack case in yellow with a flat matte sheen finish. The paint can be applied on all surfaces. I applied it to concrete using a roller and a brush. The paint dried to the touch in thirty minutes and covered about 400 square feet per gallon. This is nice quality paint and best of all it is water based making it easy to apply and clean up was a breeze.
