Worked perfect to attach a garden hose to a sink faucet. Better yet, you have the ability to use the quick disconnect without unscrewing the connection at the faucet. Made well without leakage. I did have to use a double washer on the faucet connection.

I got this to replace my old Melnor Quick Connect Kit, to connect a hose to my bathroom faucet. The old Melnor worked great for years before the locks gave out, it is all plastic and has a large grip so it is more designed for outside use. This one is the same kind as on my washing machine connection, so I decided to get another as this one has a better design for use on a sink, it takes up less room, has ball bearing locks and mostly metal construction. I have a hose on my bathroom sink so I can spray down the bath tub after my iguana has her bath as she does defecate in the water. as well as spraying down the dragons soakers.

The DANCO Brand, 15/16 in.-27M or 55/64 in.-27F x 3/4 in. GHTM Dishwasher Snap Coupling Adapter is a handy device for connecting a garden hose to a standard sink faucet. While this unit is sold for connecting a dishwasher to a kitchen faucet, it can be used for other purposes. I use my Danco Brand hose adapter to connect a garden hose to my garage sink to have softened warm water for washing my RV and cars. When the quick coupler that is attached to the garden hose is detached, there is a smooth laminar flow of water from the faucet that works great filling the sink or a container faster than with the old aerator. Once thing I did find a bit annoying was initially attaching the garden hose coupler since it is six sided rather than perfectly round, it makes screwing the garden hose onto it awkward as it wants to start cross threaded. After several frustrating tires, I finally got my hose to screw onto the adapter straight.

I use this Snap Coupling Adapter mostly for my portable clothes washer, my portable Dish Washer, an also to hook up a garden hose to water inside an outside patio plants, i have had one for years without any problems i purchased a new one because my daughter borrowed my old one i have had for years,, an requested to keep it sense it was now allready hooked up to her sink,, I am a dad so of course i gave in to her request.
