This is my favorite home depot store. They have what I want. They are helpful. And they don't wear mask.

Cahiers at the self checkout was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lisa in the refrigerator section went above and beyond to help us pick out our first fridge. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She even helped us figure out all the logistics and ways to save. She is amazing

I received excellent customer service and help from Tyler in garden. He helped me purchase over $500 in outdoor yard equipment. He provided me with a wealth of knowledge to ensure I was choosing the right tools for my project. I also received great customer service from the cashier that rung me up. Her name was Kebana. She greeted me with a smile and was so nice and polite. This is the best customer service I have ever had at a Home Depot. Huge kudos and thanks to both Tyler and Kebana. Kebana and Tyler yall are amazing!

I had a gift card to checkout with and your cashier Thommie was VERY helpful and polite. She is an assest for your company at this store because this location has a lot of rude, unfriendly and not helpful employees. I think some need to be reminded that the customer comes first, not the other way around!

Dantas (D24) the home depot representative that works at the painting department goes beyond to answer our questions. He has helped us so many time in our projects. He definitely is a key person at this store. Thanks to Home Depot for training its employees very well. Definitely I’ll come back and buy more.

I bought weed and feed for my lawn at reasonable price from the Woodlands Home Depot store. Also, the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

These type of stores never change...they are difficult to navigate, cluttered, mostly friendly employees are harried and self-checkout is easier and quicker than a manned checkout.

Had an unacceptable customer service experience at the customer service. The clerk backed away from me as if I were contaminated today. I’m an African American male. I return business items no longer needed. The clerk, however, did not back away from the white female clerk she waited on before me. In fact, they were close enough to hand each other Home Depot plastic bags without fret or concern

The staff at the Home Depot in the Woodlands was extremely helpful at all times of need. I will definitely be telling my friends and family and return to shop more often.

While installing siding, we identified a framing issue which required an 8 inch long wood type screw application. Home Depot had what we needed on a Sunday morning. .

I was extremely impressed with how well organized and clean the store was today. Mandy, The cashier who checked me out was extremely helpful in helping me look up my Home Depot card, check out my items, and help me bag and load everything. She is a true testament to a well run and professional organization. Keep up the good work.

This Home Depot is in a very congested area, a new location would be more convenient and safer for customers getting in and out on the highway. Thanks!

Your employees always have merchandise organized properly and straight within its particular area. They always know where other ancillary or similar items are located.

Billie- if you work with customers, please drop the attitude. You had an obvious problem from the moment i walked up to your counter. After ringing up all my items, you voided the transaction and refused to do your job. Someone else had to do it for you because of your temper tantrum. Maybe a more professional approach to your job and respect to customers would be appropriate here.

I bought a deep freezer and my old account was closed. He got me a new account set up in less then 3 minutes.

Kebana was very friendly and helped with our checkout

Kebana was so attentive and professional when checking me out in the Garden Center. She was so careful when packing my succulents! She made my experience at Home Depot very positive!

I go in this store in South Conroe/The Woodlands pretty often (at least once every two weeks), I'm so impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff is! I'm so impressed with their team (from the cashiers, to department staff, to the managers) I think Home Depot could use this location as a customer service training center!

Came in to purchase a dryer. Could not find anyone to help. Went to the employee break room to see if they could call someone. I was told that they did not have a phone for that. When someone finally showed up what he told us was available and what was on the web cite did not match. He kept leaving and seemed very lost and had no clue what was in his own department.

Bought an electric lawn mower a couple of days ago. Employee helped to answer questions I had. Explained some of the features I didn't know about. Today I couldn't get the self-checkout register to handle my purchase. Kathryn took care of it without a problem. Plumbing, electrical, paint all have people that can answer questions.

This Home Depot is a "hit or miss". As we shop there frequently during the rebuilding of our home, we either have a great experience or a horrible experience. We have found many very knowledgeable and helpful employees. However, we have also encounter rude, inefficient and unknowledgeable employees as well. Every time we enter the store, we are hopeful for a good experience.

Very well stocked and exceptionally clean. Great friendly employees.

Went to Home depot today to get my backyard needs, big section of plants and flowers.
