I enjoy going here, as I'm no master of any trade and usually have an annoying question, as I'm always taking on projects outside my scope of capabilities. However each time, there is always someone that knows what I need and takes the time to help and explain a solution. Keep crushing it.

Two separate employees were very cordial and helpful in finding items I was looking for. The cashier was extremely patient when my receipt was quite a bit more than I expected and helped me understand why so I was able to change out an item.

They educate you on what you need. Everyone is friendly.

Good product selection but be prepared to be unable to walk through any aisle . Product displays, barriers and lift ladder storage throughout the store

I bought a dryer yesterday at the Home Depot on I-45 and Research Drive. The customer service was I received in the appliance department and at the time of checkout was great. I will definitely be shopping there in the future.

We were greeted with a smile by Joshua. He was very knowledgeable of the merchandise we needed. His eagerness to help us made our shopping experience pleasant. He saved us time by helping find everything we needed and even made suggestions. It is employee's like Joshua that will keep us coming back to this Home Depot.

As was on my review, the pin pads only accept cards and not other types of payments, scanner guns are always malfunctioning and turning off, such an awful experience in checkout

I am glad I sent my tech to pick up material from this Home Depot. He got all the help he needed from the employees which made the run for materials easy for all of us.

This is my favorite home depot store. They have what I want. They are helpful. And they don't wear mask.
