This is the Best Home Depot I encountered in the chain. All because of 2 great Associates, two woman. I called to check stock on an item that the website said, only 1 was left. Which sometimes means a display. I called before taking the hour drive. The girl who answered was extremely pleasant. PLus she did not hang up. She came back on the phone, informed me 1 Nail Gun was left, just like website said. Then she OFFERED to hold it for me til I drove to the Store. I did so. Then encountered another extremely pleasant girl at Customer Service, Carol. I picked up the item. Woodbridge Store Purchase was my best experience and I been shopping at HD since the opened in NJ!

Your Customer Support and Store Representatives are absolutely amazing!! I met Lydia at the door and she escorted me by taking a short cut (to save me some walking) to pick up my product. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and kindness. During checkout I met Daisy H and she was nice enough to uplift my day with her smile and humor and above all she wiped down my Ortho Home Defense container with Clorox Wipes because it was very dusty. Thank you Lydia & Daisy H. for being so kind to me.

Exactly Customer servers. Felt as if I was in a mom and pop store.

THIS STORE HAS ALL THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME I VISIT AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELFULL.

Visit 3 stores in my area and find service and product stock to be seamless regardless of the store.

Staff have ver Poot knowledge of the products. Three staff members I asked for help were unable to help me. Finally I found what I was looking in the web page

The store and Joe was great. It was an outstanding experience.

Only complaint I have is you can never get anyone knowledgeable on the phone. I've called all the other stores similar to Home Depot in the county and always get a prompt answer... Fix the phone system HD....please!

This Home Depot store #0916 has been an awesome store to deal with since I’ve been a resident of woodbridge since 2006 the employees are awesome and knowledgeable thanks for all the years of awesome customer service to the community.

People on the floor are not helpful at all don’t want to help the customers

I was greeted 3 times in the same aisle! Wonderful helpful employees who with a warm smile greeted me! I was in the aisle with Loctite and other sealants.about 7:30 AM - 8AM. One was a lady with Yellow hair and the other two were gentlemen one with a long ponytail and another who was talking about Atlantic City. These 3 people were wonderful examples of how to greet your potential customer! Thank you for having these people work here!

There was a store assistant, (Diamond) that helped me so kindly.

Staff members are very helpfull. Always I get what I am looking for.

Staff is very friendly and neighborhood is quiet too. Shonya who works there helped me with an on-line purchase issue and was happy to do so. I was not a happy customer until I met her.

Great store with Laura at check out. Always knows how to help (where stuff is) and is swift. Being so friendly also helps to have a good day!

If all your employees were like Shonya, god bless that girl she made feel so good I was crying in the store because of a gift my parents gave us for our new home and she felt for me she thought something was wrong and came to me to comfort me, I saw her again in 2 days and she hugged me again, that’s customer service thank you

HIGHLY RECOMMEND younger floor salespeople be given MORE SALES TRAINING and monitored as to how they help customers.. Never experienced such laziness in any of your stores from NJ to FL. Kudos to your cashier, Jessica.
