Well I have to say Elvis and Edwin are amazing! My husband and I are preparing to move, so we found that Home Depot in Watchung has 81 storage totes that we want are in stock. But when we arrived at the shelf to check, it was empty. We asked the assistant to help us find the rest on the shelf that hadn't been opened yet. We waited for the forklift for a long time, when a group of young employees passed by, Elvis asked about our needs, and then called Edwin to help, they acted quickly to help us remove the goods from the highest shelf, and asked the quantity carefully to help us carry it into the shopping cart. I feel very heartwarming and thankful for their help this time.

I went to home Depot today looking for a sale item I found online. It was not there but just purchased something else had great experience. Mitch helped me out look for the item and purchase another tool. Mat in electrical quickly asked if I need help and got the item for me quickly. He was also very knowledgeable on the electrical product I needed. Evan at the self check out help me when my card declined and help me understand the receipt when buying sale items.

Amazing help that was provided to us while struggling to load our truck with drywall, a lovely staff member named Kevin was super helpful

I am not a contractor, but love working on our home and yard and visit HD Watchung almost once a week. They do a great job responding to the tons of people who walk through those doors each week. I am a big fan.

Just had to write a nice review and give a shout out to Steve the Veteran at this store. He was super helpful, patient and super knowledgeable. If anyone ever needs any help in the power tools department, Steve is the man!

Kevin, an employee who was gathering the shopping carts. Assisted me with getting empty jugs from my car into the store, exchanging them and then putting them into my car. I am 63 years young and it is a challenge for me to lift those items like I once did. I appreciate him helping me tremendously!

I shop often in the garden area of the store. Home Depot at this location has a great selection of plants. Their plants are always healthy, and prices are good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Waited 25 minutes to return a $10 item.

Overall this Home Depot I never have an issue items are usually always in stock recently I found someone who wasnt a typical home depot employee Alisha she genuinely cared about the customer not something I can say about every one there. Most Home Depot employees get upset when you ask for help Alisha was gun ho. Go Alisha hope you rub off on some of your colleagues.

I prefer Mom and Pop stores because of the personalized customer service but I received that at the Watchung Home Depot store today. Herb was absolutely wonderful! Due to a mix up my pick up order could not be found. Herb immediately sprang to action and quickly picked my order and helped me load it up. He was very kind and helpful the entire way and I couldn't be more impressed. Thank you Herb!!

I always feel like I'm at home at Watchung when compared with other stores, and we shop all over Central jersey since our jobs are scattered. Raphael and the pro team are superstars. Best manager hands down, knows the customers and I have seen him be nothing but professional handling staff and sticky aituation.

40V trimmer/blower combo kit - Great purchase for my project!

Bought 70 bags of concrete. Asked 3 different employees for help loading it. Not a single one helped or even tried to find someone else to help. "load smart" lol.

I purchased several items during my most recent trip to the Home Depot in Watchung. Everything was exactly what I wanted/needed, and not difficult to find with the assistance of very courteous and knowledgeable store associates. One purchase I particularly enjoy are the microfiber cloths 24-pack. Though this was an unplanned purchase, I find that these cloths are very soft yet absorbent, useful for a variety of household jobs, including dusting, cleaning up spills, and floor care, just to name a few. I am happy that I bought them!

My design plans changed so I needed to return some items to keep the project progressing.
