Some of the laziest unhelpful employees in a hardware store I’ve come across. They waste my time and money every time I go here! Drive the extra mile and go to 2100 s location

Great store with nice friendly staff that are always willing to assist. I just wish there was one a little closer to our house. I still make the trip regardless because I know when I'm looking for something I'll find it.

Entering the to exchange a saw blade i ran into Mike un the tools department. He knew where particular item was and gave me precise directions. There was no blades in my size so he gave me information to best assist me finding my blades in the future. No purchase but I did return my item at returns fairly quickly even though there was a large line. Thanks

I was looking for a particular specialty bolt, but could not find it. A Home Depot associate who was actually really busy with other store related projects dropped what he was doing, and instead of just sending me down an isle, helped me find the product I was looking for. I'm really big on customer service and this associate went above and beyond what was needed to keep a customer satisfied.

This store is well stocked, It is has a great layout and has employees that are very helpful and friendly. I can always find someone for advice if I have a question.

It would be cool if there were home depot magnets that you could stick on carts to show people that the cart is in use. So we can eliminate random carts in the isles that take up space.

Love this store and it’s employees. I practically LIVE there. My only complaint is that they have not barred people from entering the store who refuse to wear masks. They say they “can’t force them to”. I suppose they also can’t force people to wear pants either.

Had washer/dryer delivered. The dryer was defective (the day it was delivered), had to contact Manufacturer (NOT store), and a 6 week ordeal ensued. (Including over 5 hours hold time with manufacturer) I was willing to take a replacement which after waiting a month, we were informed the day before delivery the Home Depot Dist didn't have it and we needed to call manufacturer again. Was done at that point. Store finally helped. The Manager I spoke with was apologetic and friendly, however, I am still waiting to find out how I will get a refund on the defective dryer that was finally picked up today. The store did agree to take back the washer (not defective). They picked it up and I had to go back to store for that refund. (That process took 15 minutes.)

Very unorganized, dirty and employee's who have no idea what they are doing.

I would give this store a 5 star plus,customer service for buying a shed, she was no fun at all made me feel like I'm putting her out,I did for get about the guy I was checking on a new fridge, I have limited space they only had one in stock and he said go on line I can look at more there no interest in saying this ones good or this one is our top brand nope I'm scum no money, the guy that helped me find my saw blade was assom

even tho ist mandatory they do not tell people coming in they must wear a mask. like all other stores around

I am a long time Home Depot (HD) shopper and prefer it over Lowe’s, Ace, etc. I have easily spent over $50K at HD over the last 5 years building one house and remodeling 2 others. This most recent experience was unique, even with HD stores. There were so many sales assistants on the floor and they were so knowledgeable! They actually approached me and asked if I needed assistance. One told me about a better deal they had than the item I was looking at buying. It was a HUGE savings and I ended up buying two, one for me and one to send to my sister-in-law who had recently told me she needed the same thing! Best customer service ever!

The staff are extremely helpful. Especial my dude Gilbert over n the appliance section. It was a pleasure my friend! Thanks for all your help. I went to three other stores to find what I was looking for and they finally had them here.

This is my go to home improvement store. My favorite employee is Chad. He is a sweet, kind and very patient gentleman. He never makes me feel stupid with my endless questions. I always hope he is working when I am shopping at this store. I hope the manager knows how valuable Chad is.

Home Depot in West Valley, the manager there went above and beyond in helping us with an issue. We walked away happy and satisfied.

Whenever I go to this store I always get the help I need in finding products. The employees seem very eager to lend a helping hand.
