beautiful plants and great customer service

Great check out, I was not sure on how to fill out some of the areas of the app in order to get my military ID and bring up my app. The woman who helped me her name is Jenny she was very helpful and guiding me through it.

Thank you Mike in Deliveries, you didn’t need to help me get 2 ceiling fans down on a Sunday when no one was available but you did. Great job! Thank you very much. I hope you get an executive award or at least 3 Homers.

I bought aloe vera plant today plant today plant today and I was looking for it I found one but I wanted one that might have been a little larger. However the one I found was they told us to 99 cents and it had been priced online for $14.99 so I thought that was great. There was a guy working there water in the plants and I asked him if he knew where there were any more aloe vera and he promptly took me to another place where there was a whole bunch more aloe vera plants. The cashier was prompt courteous friendly and mention the survey when I told them that I had a great experience at their store. He also highlighted the user ID and password on my receipt for the $5,000 survey sweeps

I've yet to be disappointed in the way I'm treated in this store, from start to finish, one corner to the next.

All staff seems to be trained very well. All very detailed helpers always. Thank you.

This store is a great location for our St. Petersburg area residents.

But I am in Home depot nearly everyday and know most old timers by name. Great crew with great products.

I have been going to this Home Depot since it opened many years ago, and I always seem to find what I need there! Staff are generally knowledgeable, or will direct you to someone who is, and I have always found them professional and helpful. They have a great selection of about everything, too; and if they do not have something they will move heaven and earth to get it for you!

Ordered online, picked up at store. It was a super smooth process with friendly staff 100% of the time!

David, who works Thursday and Friday was Extremely helpful. He even loaded my things in my car after he cashed me out. Couldn’t have been nicer

Home Depot apparently no longer gives 10% military discounts on all their products. I was denied 10% off my lumber purchase today. Manager stated HD sells lumber at cost and cannot afford to honor the veteran discount program. This comes after bring forced to use HD app on my phone (so they can market even more to me). The app often fails to load the scan code while at the register due to poor internet, etc. On more than one occasion, the cashier was unable to scan the code easily, wasting everyone's time in line. They no longer accept any of my 3 forms of veteran ID. I am a 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran. Home Depot should be ashamed.

Looked for a particular electrical fixture and could not locate it, but found an employee near that department and even though he was busy helping someone else, he took a quick moment out to answer my question as to if they still carry it. He then told me the Isle and bin number as well as the exact location on the shelf. Wow! Nice to have diligent and competent help.

Employees great at check out. Crowded ailes with equipment and pallets could not find all things I needed. Everything was expensive.

Everyone I dealt with was just so friendly and helpful. You can actually find someone to help You!

Stay away from this store, I watched Richard treat the veteran in front of me with such disrespect that I said something. He literally walk out from his register got in my face and told me to mine my f-ing own business

After getting frustrated with non existent choice or complete lack of other needs, i sent an associate to find me a board stretcher.....and I followed him around for 5 min, until he asked another associate and they both went looking for it together, then they googled it. They didn't think it was as funny as I did!!

Shopping at St. Pete's Home-D store is always a pleasure!

JENNI CHECKED ME OUT & REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AS I NEEDED SOMTHING ELSE SO SHE LOOKED IT UP ON HER PHONE THEN CALLED SOMEONE OUTSIDE TO BRING IT TO ME ADDING ON ANOTHER $88 TO THE SALE!

I purchased two vanities, Shower Doors, plumbing faucets and fixtures. The store customer service was excellent in helping to resolve two problems.

Great service in multiple departments again. I purchased lumber and had it cut to length by the very helpful attendant. Purchased tools in the tool department and was assisted in my purchase decision, as well as informing me about sales, comparisons, and warranties related my purchase of a drill set.

USIG was scheduled to install backsplash and they no showed the 1st day, 2nd day showed up and left when they realized it was the wrong tile. Day 3 showed up for 2 hrs and left. Day 4 came late and finished. Had to miss work for 4 days to get backsplash, awful. After waiting 3 months. Worst experience. Won't do anything else with Home Depot

My shopping experience today 12/1/2021 was not good at all! I just came to get a tall metal pole to hold my bird feeder and a small metal pole for a flag, I asked a half a dozen employees and everyone shrugged their shoulders and replied "I don't know", never offering to call customer service or to find out from someone else where they might be! The cashier at garden center went as far as telling me she has no idea of things, she's only a cashier and she was screaming that as I walked away! Completely unacceptable! The cashier as I checked out was very nice her name was Suzanne, she gave me the information to speak with someone this shopping visit, the employees especially in garden center need education to customer service, this is such a close location to my home that I would like for these experiences to be enjoyable and have someone tell me or even better show me where these items might be so I'm not walking around lost for hours. Also every other aisle in the garden center was blocked off by these huge pallets you couldn't get a cart nor yourself past pallets to get down the aisles to get what you need
