I absolutely LOVE this Home Depot! It opened just as I moved into the neighborhood almost 20 years ago and looks as new as it did when it opened. The employees are enthusiastic about helping customers, even going above and beyond what is expected. I have never had a problem with returns. The store is well laid out and well lit, making it easy to locate products. The aisles are wide enough to allow shopping carts to pass in opposite directions. I always leave the store with whatever I went there to buy. My overall rating for this store is 100%, 5 stars, EXCELLENT!!!

Not enough staff 2) unresponsive after a significant purchase was done 3) forget about phoning 4) Nice store, does anyone actually work there? 5) I guess its a self-serve store.

Pro services and Customer services friendly, knowledgeable and helpful . Volunteered to help all the time, Best areas were also appliance, tiles and electrical. Plumbing needs improvement.

The lines were very short and we moved very fast in the check out section. Cashier was very Friendly and Pleasant.

As a retired electrical contractor I can appreciate the products in your electrical aisles and also plumbing items in those aisles. The garden area has a fine selection as do all other areas when they might be needed.

Wanda at customer service desk was really kind and helpful. She needs a raise!!!

It's not the largest or newest Home Depot store, but it makes up for it with friendly and helpful people.

The associates at this store are extremely helpful to me, a woman, and give me answers to my questions. I especially enjoy asking John in the pant garden about new and different plants... The variety of plants is great. They are allways healthy.

I came to this store with a list of plumbing items my husband needed for our well replacement. I am completely inexperienced so I found an associate. Ron was amazing! He was helpful without seeming like he was annoyed to be helping (I had 2 small kids with me). We even found an error my husband had made on the list and I made it home with the 17+ tiny pipes and fittings and gauges we needed to do the job without a trip back! Ron deserves a raise and if you need help while shopping, find him!

I have been in electronics and electrician for over 30 years. I am a Handyman in many ways! When it comes to using my hands, I do it to code or better! Store #6330 is Excellent, but all the Home Depot's nationwide I have been to have my same approval. I will continue to shop at Home Depot in the future! Thanks Home Depot and everyone involved. Sorry this store is close to me but I will drive miles to another home depot due to the poor customer service at this store !, not all that work at this store are bad but most of the floor help will look they other way before they will even ask you if you need any help !! This shows me that the store manager really dose not care and his pay check must not be affected by such CRAPPY customer service.

I love coming to this store, the employees are very helpful and take time to help you find what you need.

This store generally as enough products available and is always neat and clean. Although it is sometimes difficult to find an employee for assistance, when you do they are quite helpful.

By far this is my favorite store in my local area. The employees are friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any questions. They show you examples and they direct you to making the best decision possible for your home improvement needs.

Went to the store to get a door lock rekeyed purchased online from Home Depot. Multiple associates contacted the individual who could do it, but the associate never showed. After 25 minutes, we left as we could not wait any longer for this person. Customer service was not a priority.

Katie and Jasmine at service desk did an awesome job! Efficient, fast, and very very kind. It's refreshing to finally go to a retail store and deal with people who actually like their job with manners. Way to go Service desk ladies!!! Best Home Depot I've ever been to.
