Exceptional service was provided by LUIS in the door department. Luis found a solution to a home improvement project which was deemed unworkable by a different Home Depot location and by an unrelated specialty company. With outstanding courtesy, patience, a “ can do” attitude and 17 years of experience, Luis got the job done and even added some bonus features.

Find the staff to be helpful and polite, especially a young man named Joaquin at the return counter. This guy was amazing! He was very busy handling so many things, but took the time to help me with my issues with kindness and efficiency.

Not taking the Virus Seriously at this Store......PERIOD!!!! Unacceptable behavior and not following the guidelines set by the State!

The staff at the paint center, in particular a Spanish origin female, gave me the best service I have ever had at this store location. I am sorry I didn't get her name, today's date is 4/21/20 and I went there around 2:30 pm today. She went out of her way to assist me and was so genuine and helpful I cannot express my surprise as I have been shopping here since the store opened, the men do their job but they are not pleasant. Most of the time I have had to wait around for a long period of time, today I was assisted promptly upon my arrival. What a pleasant experience. I checked out and asked for help to put a 5 gallon can of paint into my vehicle, the cashier called for help. I waited 15 min. she asked a store employee to help me and he said he couldn't as he was assisting another customer. I waited some more and decided to go to the parking lot and see if someone out there could give me a hand. Some store employee's watched me struggle to wrestle the 5 gallons of paint out of the shopping cart an into my back seat. No one came forward to assist me, what a shame as the staff in the store did a great job. I will tell others of my age, 78 yr old female, not to shop there if you have anything you need assistance with placing your purchase in your vehicle. The store manager should become aware of this problem, I hope I do not need a chiropractor.

Always a great experience at this Home Depot. Plenty of stock, friendly associates and always great guidance for projects from every department.

New to the Las Vegas area, did appreciate the assistance of the employee who helped me find the WiFi adapter I needed to hook up my computer.

Walked in with 5 keys that needed copied and your computerized machine and the less than knowledgeable operator had no clue as to how to make my copies. I gave up and went to the competitor and was successful.

Constantly out of stock that the website says there are lots of. They never restock the shelves. Waste of time to go there.

What a great knowledgeable staff. I'm remodeling and needed almost everything updated. The staff at this store is really incredibly helpful. In particular Joseph and the Assistant Manager, Manni.. Joseph helped me pick everything needed for 2 bathrooms and Manni the 3rd, I wanted a particular vanity and none were in stock,except the sample, Manni checked and saw that I had a brand new one the next day. She is a one person dynamo that is courteous, knowledgeable, funny, concerned about my purchase and super helpful. I was so happy with my experience, I came back and bought new kitchen appliances and when the refrigerator wasn't quite right Manni was there to help and correct the situation so quickly and so satisfactorily I was shocked. If every store member. If werre like Manni and Joseph there wouldn't be any competition. It's really been an awesome experience working with the store, Manni and Joseph.

There is plenty handicapped parking, the associates are super friendly and helpful, and the shelves are fully stocked.

Cashiers are friendly. Not enough help, if you require assistance in getting something cut, be prepared to WAIT and WAIT, with no consideration for your time.

Need light bulbs, there was a "price checker" lady in the isle, so asked her for help. She tried to find the item, but wanted to be sure it was right so she called the "Electric" guy. He came and we all worked together to find the right product that I needed. I didn't get either of their names, but both were very helpful. And the cashier "Patricia" was nice as well.:))
