Sorry to say such bad things I love your store but your hardwood apartment not okay. I come in there frequently in the evenings. Your Hardware assistant Alex is never available. When I do see him he's talking with the girls when I do ask a question I feel like I'm bothering him please get better help. Store watch your cameras and see what your night time associates do

I always have stressful days of trying to find the right item and every time I come in, I'm always greeted by Kristen with her amazing attitude and eagerness to help. She continues to answer every question very quickly and thoroughly and manages to find any items we are looking for in a great timely manner as well as great prices. Thank you Kristen!

After a frustrating trip to another hardware store to not be named (starts with L, ends with owes) where we received zero help from staff looking for an item, we walked into HD and immediately had staff to ask questions about where we could find the item we needed. Jacob was very friendly and super helpful! Definitely will be back to this store in the future!

We purchased a stove that we thought would be difficult to return. Crystal the manager worked with us to get it returned. Lorie R is your appliance department is amazing. She has vast product knowledge and very patient and understanding. We went to return a stove and left with all new appliances. Thank you Lorie for taking care of us.

needed to get keys made. had to wait for 15-20 minutes before i was noticed as needing help but was taken care of within minutes.

Excellent customer services

I was not greeted when I entered and I saw workers chitchating amongst themselves. I was not asked if I need help finding anything. At checkout I was informed that to receive a veterans discount my military ID wasn't enough and that I had to apply on the app. They didn't even bother to try and help with any information as to how to even start the application process.

I have a disabled child n I don’t have much time to shop or deal with an employee who does not know his stuff but Omar in paint is friendly helpful and quick to help u get what u need

I went in looking for brackets and shelves for a project I am working on and I was surprised to see so many different options especially the shelf brackets!!

We came here to buy a grill. The experience was horrible!!! While checking out the grills an elder man greeted us and gave us information regarding options for grills. That was nice of him. But it went downhill after that. Maira the cashier was so rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. After we paid, she rushed us off by answering the phone. No “thank you” or anything! She did not tell us where to pick up the grill or where to park our car to load up. We had to go to the garden area to look for someone to help us. We ended up asking the lady at the return area and she asked someone to get the grill for us. There was a young lady and two young gentlemen helping us out but they were so rude as well. We noticed a few scratches on the grill so we asked for a different one. The girl keep saying “they are all the same” how can all the grills have the same scratches? At last we had to go pick out our own grill. At first we asked for help to load up the grill for us but we ended up doing it ourselves. I WILL NOT recommend buying a grill from here, unless they retrain their employees better

Noah actually took the time to ask about my home improvement project and gave some helpful and appreciated tips. Thank you for going above your job requirements. We'll be back with more questions, I'm sure.

I bought several home improvement items and some landscape rock. I didn’t have to load it on to the cart or into my truck. Two employees did it all for me.

Every time I come into the store the cashier with the red hair Milessia was friendly bubbly and happy. I've come in in the mornings and in the evenings and she's still the same happy happy

I needed replacement spools for my Black and Decker Weed Wacker. Isaias, Garden Supervisor made sure I bought what I needed, and was very, very informative and represented The Home Depot professionally.

The employees just don’t care to help anyone. Waiting for a long time to make keys and never did. Waited a long time for pain and never did get it due to employees talking about other things not relevant to the job.

STORE PERSONAL WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

The employees are friendly. My only suggestion is, they should be free to walk the isles to help customers on the weekends. I wouldn't be doing in store projects on weekends. Employees should focus only on the customer. I bought an air compressor, I had to lift the heavy think on a cart alone & then lift it into my truck alone. I'm sure home depot can improve on that. ( I would of asked for help, but there was no one to help me?
