I am a Contractor. Store 3913 is the best one for all that we do. Home Owners slow us down is the only bad part.

The store is Great..People working there care and are managed well. Been shopping there since it opened as a contractor. The Website Sucks

I’m truly grateful for this store’s commitment to customer safety and community well-being. We walked in and my daughter had forgotten her mask in the car and as she turned to exit and go get it, an associate offered her a disposable one. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Our cashier, Donald, was especially fun and courteous.

It's really disappointing how disorganized and dirty this store is.

Ashley was quick to assist me at the self checkout kiosk and was very kind and professional.

Samantha helped me to find everything I needed to finish my winter wonderland! She was sweet and eager to help! Then at checkout Donald was nice and funny! Quick too! He made the last part of the experience even better! People like them is why I will continue to choose This HomeDepot!

The parking lot was full of lumber carts and baskets, both when I got there and an hour later when I left. The store is very crowded with lots of merchandise in the aisles, employees are not willing to help- we asked three different ones to help find a price on lumber and all three said they couldn’t help because they did have a scanner and advised us to go find someone with a scanner. They were absolutely not going to try to find the price so we got frustrated and left without it. For what we did buy, the checkouts were so crowded at the self checkouts that you couldn’t tell where the line was and people shopping couldn’t get through and they had only one register open that was not self checkout. I heard more than one employee tell other shoppers that they couldn’t help them because “ it wasn’t their department. “ I have never heard that from people at other Home Depot stores.

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable store is clean and Covid precautions and masks are always available at the door

Darren helped out with my order with a lot of patience I knew I was a complicated customer because I was very indecisive but he helped me out with all the questions I had and giving me information that I needed. I appreciate his time and patience as I took two days for me to actually place an order he was very friendly throughout the whole process

Until the store management decides they want to have a successful store and happy customers, avoid this store. 20% of the shelves are empty though most of these items are in the overhead. The grounds are filthy. The staff less than helpful. Literally worst Home Depot I have ever stepped into. Will not again.

Clean store, someone around to assist when needed and employees are just plain good people. I asked an employee in the Paint Dept "Where are staples and staple guns located?...he gave me a location. I started towards that isle, took about ten steps and went back and said I have one more question..."Where are marker pens? Again he gave me a location but this time he said they are sometimes hard to find so go about 2/3's down the isle - left side - second row up from floor. I went to and found both. I thought that was impressive.

This is the best Home Depot! They have the most helpful and knowledgeable staff who are willing to go out of their way to help. Their attitudes are great. The store is laid out well and clean and has what I need. I recommend it all the time and still will.

Employees are always helpful and, on the rare occasion that they do not have the answer to my question, they put forth the extra effort to find the answer or another employee who does!

I would normally rate this store: excellent. HOWEVER, Dennis at TULSA CENTRAL Store #3913 did something I will not forget. I was just walking down an aisle heading to leave. I wasn't able to get down the aisle with a large Home Depot ladder in my way. I struggled down the lighting aisle with my cart and had to move the ladder myself. Dennis saw all of this, and he walked away from me. After I got through, I walked to find him. And he was just walking around the store and immediately went right back to the lighting aisle. He was simply getting away from him and I didn't even have a question. I did go up to him and asked him his name because he was covering his name tag. It was very odd. He said, sorry for what I did. I just walked away. He knew. It was very odd because I didn't need his help, he just didn't want to help. And walked away from me and didn't help me move the ladder. Just a very weird deal that leaves a terrible taste in my mouth because it was very intentionally. NO need for this behavior. And the fact he didn't help me move the ladder, again very weird and uncalled for. I never called or told anyone. Just reporting it here. I was excited to see I have a chance to win this gift card, yet so disappointed this is the feedback I needed to give during my experience. Someone needs to talk to Dennis in lighting. I went to this store on: 5/20 at 7:30 pm CST.

I will definitely shop here again! All the employees were so helpful and kind. They all made sure I was taken care of and helped me load all of my landscaping items (which was a lot). When a mistake was made in the order, they corrected it and made everything right with me! I would recommend this store at 41st & Sheridan, Tulsa to anyone wanting a wonderful experience in shopping for your home needs! Thanks Home Depot!

Extremely helpful employees. The security lady at front door got me cart helped me unload returns and got an employee that was bringing carts in to help unload heavy returns.and pushed my cart . She said i will help you even pushed my cart. Clean store and always have what I need. They go extra steps to help their customers.
