Just amazed at inventory in this store today. Constance helped with checkout and her crew was so kind to deal with. Can’t wait to go back for some other items.

I'm impressed and grateful that they had all we needed to replace our hot water heater, or we'd still have no water!!

I had no problem returning the items that I previous purchased. Everyone was really great. Shannon checked me out at a return area.

Thank you LaDonna and Robert both for being the exemplary kind and amazing people you are. You both showed it when you listened and understood the problem I was having with Dave the assistant store manager who was being rude and extremely unprofessional on multiple levels. Again you both identified overcame and provided amazing above and beyond support for which I am grateful. I am still recovering from a hip surgery and Robert was quick and supportive to grab a cart and the product and make sure everything was handled for me while LaDonna made sure to address a price discrepancy and remedy it without having to call another manager. To LaDonna' defense she tried to call a different assistant manager but he was literally on a break for 45 min understandably but just poor timing by me as well as the actual store manager Trevor being off while I was there on 3-22-2024 around 3 pm and for way too long. I bought a Gorilla dump cart and asked for help to find one in a box for storage and theft reasons. The first rep lied to me then walked away after pretending to check her scanner for these in a box since she already tired to brush me off by saying they were "all" made in back and not available in a box. I then found several unassembled dump carts in a box on a shelf and approached Dave the ASM and asked for help. You would have thought I just asked for a bite of his hot dog for lunch or something like that by his response and demeanor. Then Dave wanted to argue about price the SKU number and if one was even available like the last lazy rep that lied about the carts not being in a box and in stock. I needed it in a box so could lock it inside my truck rather than taking a pre-assembled one that would not fit inside my truck for theft purposes as I kept telling these two. WOW...to still get 5 stars says a lot about LaDonna and Robert. It also shows LaDonna's effect on me where I could go from being completely frustrated and disgusted by two losers to completely satisfied knowing and feeling like LaDonna and Robert not only could help but that they both cared about doing the right thing as well. Of course once I found the two super stars I was very easily and happy to work with them to complete my purchase that I just drove 1.5 hrs roundtrip to obtain. Now I know what you all are thinking but I will never order online from HomeDepot because they are even more fraudulent and criminal than Dave and rude lazy liars. Thank you so much again LaDonna and Robert you are the ones that thankfully provide the positivity and will always outshine the negative ones. You both rock and I appreciate you LaDonna and Robert and wish you both the best always.

I asked for a light bulbs & screen material and was nicely told where to find them. I asked for some wood trim to be cut & the gentleman got someone right away. He cut my 16 ft trim cut into 3 ft pieces perfectly.

Had to give a shoutout to Samuel over at Home Depot's Paint Department. This guy knows his stuff! It's not just about mixing paint; he really gets what you're looking for and helps you figure it all out without any pressure. It's like chatting with a buddy who happens to be a paint wizard. Super honest, no salesy talk, just straight-up good advice. And man, he's quick! Gets you sorted and on your way in no time. Home Depot’s got a gem in Samuel. Totally made my day and my project way easier. Cheers, Samuel!

I had a total of four people offer assistance during my visit.

I thought I wanted a tankless hot water heater, but HD sent Gary by for a free consultation and found out that in a 1950’s house you need several upgrades before you can do it. I came to the conclusion that a tank hot water heater is fine.

The cleanliness and organization of the store was superb. The employees I encountered on this visit were ready and willing to help! I lost no good energy being there matter a fact if anything I gained a positive belief I could get my project addressed with minimal difficulty if any.

The cashier I had was so kind, will absolutely come again.

Several employees were able to tell me right off the top of their heads where to find what I needed. It was really nice getting help in a home improvement store, & NOT being treated like a dumb blonde who needs to buy blinker fluid, or some such nonsense. (That is an actual, real-life example, sadly; dude tried it.) But not here! Nice, helpful folks, good vibes, & a good selection. I left w/ two full bags.

I recently picked out and ordered new countertops for my new home at Home Depot. I ordered them with the assistance of Charles. He was extremely helpful, and took his time with my decisions, even though he was busy. After picking out my countertops, I was put in contact with Mary, also in the countertop department. I had multiple conversations with Mary on the phone about my order. I had a problem with my bank/debit card and it took me several calls and trys to get my order paid for. Mary showed so much patience with me and even called me back on a Monday to tell me that my week was going to be great because my order finally went through!

I had to return an item and also had an order for pickup. Mekhi was very nice and helped me with both transactions and I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

First time at this location, everyone was very helpful and friendly. J Kale was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping me find what I needed.

I ran into a problem with an order and the girls at the order/return desk Melanie, Marianne and one other girl all worked to solve my problem. They went above and beyond there jobs to help me. I can’t say how much I appreciate them. Home Depot is lucky to have them as employees
