I just bought some item today. And I will return right away. I am still feeling bad due to a bad manner of cashier/Nancy.

They allowed me to return a door I purchase without a receipt for store credit so I could purchase the same door at a smaller size. Something store 0620 wouldn’t accommodate

I just had an employee attempt to shortchange me $100 on a large dollar return. She insisted I take cash back when I told her a store credit was fine. Count your change accurately.

Shopping at the store it’s easy and have enough product very helpful associate and management

David V. in Lumber is very knowledgeable and patient. He made my shopping trip a great experience.

Every time I come here, I’m always greeted with friendly employees. This location has all the products I am looking for and the employees do not hesitate to help you out. Great work and management!

Robert at the Torrance Home Depot is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He took the time to understand what we wanted, showed us various options, made sure we liked our decision. I highly recommend him for your flooring needs.

I went to buy roller shades - bali... Francisco D. helped me with my order. Please if you are ever in Home Depot in Torrance ask for Francisco he is a supervisor and he is awesome person who is knowledgeable and helpful.

I manage rentals. In the last 5 months I have purchased flooring for two rentals. It would be better to just place a computer and phone (to call the installer) in a kiosk and let us input our own orders. My measurement invoices (2) was padded with willful and deliberate extra costs. In store sales staff for most part inexperienced and do not listen to customer over installer input. Most frustrating material acquisition experience ever, in my entire career.

Personnel were very helpful in assisting us to identify the appliance we needed to replace. This has taken months (because of C19) to get to this point.

Natalie (cashier) helped me check out and i saved an extra $25 on purchase when she offered Home Depot credit card to earn savings on my purchase. Thanks Natalie :) e was clean and products were easy to find. The associates at the paint desk were friendly and helpful.

Had fantastic help from manager Mario . He was very helpful & attentive, this was my 1st time here & he took his time explaining each product to me well to find exactly what I needed . Exceptional customer service! & the store was very organized & clean indeed

There always seems to be issues. Associates aren’t uniformly trained and give different answers depending on who you talk to. Manager does not seem to have a problem with it and did not try to provide exceptional customer service. Delayed my order and had to pay more to misinformation. Not happy about the situation.

Very bad experience in the Doors area of the Store. George was 'Rude' and 'Unprofessional' in his encounter with us and created an environment that is counter I'm sure to the basic Mission of Home Depot.

Only go to this store if you need a hammer or a nail. We paid for our two bathrooms and a kitchen back splash March 7, 2021. Nightmare. Living nightmare. Still going on . They sold us products they did not have. (and so can you, the samples are still on the wall) We ordered custom furniture and they order the wrong style. Managers don't return you calls. And you are considered crazy if you have expectations of getting what you paid for.

This store is a nightmare. They sell you products they don't have. They start remodeling jobs they don't finish. The leave you high and dry without the use of rooms in your house. Go any where else.

The products I was looking for were mostly in stock. I got assistance to find items in the store. The store was clean. The associates were friendly.

Clean, variety of products, well stocked, good customer service and great management.

This store is huge.• Lots of items & options to chose from on cleaning products.• Clean interior aisles & bathrooms too. •Staff are friendly & i was often asked if i needed assistance. • Parking is fine considering this location is in a mall with other stores. • Like having a signal to enter & exit this mall. Overall, great experience here.

Awesome Service just needs more products available in store

The store is neat & organized. The shelves are fully stocked. The staff are knowledgeable with my questions and friendly. I love coming to this store.
