Very pleased with our overall experience. Employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help or find help for any questions they may not be able to assist with.

Every single time I go into the store, I have multiple people inquire if they can help and do so in a friendly manner. this is my favorite store in three Rivers!

I was at the store to purchase a new door and screen door... Tom in millwork was amazing ... he walked me through the entire process... I had the doors special ordered and painted...I am so excited to get the doors installed ... I CANT WAIT!!!!! Thanks Tom !!!

Great store because of the people that work there I wish the selection was larger or that they had more on hand clendines could be higher but I chose these people over Maynards “uppity” culture everyday of the week.

I ordered a freezer over the phone. Erin B in appliance was so helpful. She walked me through the process, and verified every step of the way before proceeding to process my order. After the transaction, Erin found a mistake on delivery and immediately called me back and refunded my money to correct the mistake. It was definitely a pleasure working with Erin.

I really enjoy shopping that store. I drive across state line to shop there . We have to other home improvement stores as close in my state . Service is just much better . People that work there just more helpful.

In today's world of the pandemic, the ability to drive through to select and pay for lumber in an open air environment, is fantastic. Not only that, it is gratifying to have retail staff use well fitting masks, correctly. You would think that is a no-brainer, but shopped at a competing store minutes before and the customer service person's mask not only dropped below their nose, but their mouth as well. Geesh.

08/21/2020 The Home Depot #2785; was exceptional clean and items stocked in every isle and there's always a salesperson awaiting to greet you.

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at the Three Rivers Home Depot store. I went there after calling 3 Home Improvement type stores and this was the one that provided the most complete options for getting a refrigerator ordered and delivered with discounts as well.
