I had a problem with an online order. The Terrell store not only fixed it but went above and beyond to help me. Shop the Terrell, Texas store. You won't regret it. Brandi at the service desk and the Assistant store manager Moody was wonderful as well!!! We even emailed the Manager Miguel Fuentes to let him know how great his stafg was!!

Looked online for the spool feed I needed for a busted echo srm weed eater and they had showed they had 19 of them and where they were located. Went to the store and sure as shootin', all 19 were there and in the exact spot they specified online. That efficiency makes me come back again and again.

All the isles were either blocked with items to be stocked. You could barely walk through isles and I couldn’t even see the items on shelf that I wanted to purchase

I shop at Home Depots all over the Dallas area, but this store is the one that stands out to me for customer service. Super friendly and helpful. Especially Amanda at the register. That woman is wonderful. She remembers me when I come in, even if it’s been a while. She even came around the register to give me a hug once. Reminds me of the small town I grew up in where people know each other and aren’t afraid to be personable. This lady deserves some recognition for sure. Everyone loves her. Hats off to Amanda for being someone I look forward to seeing when I walk through the doors.

If buying a Tuff Shed look for Elizabeth and Deborah. They went above and beyond on helping me choose my Tuff Shed, to getting me the best deal on my purchase, getting it financed and helping me get it approved by my HOA. Loved the experience, very friendly and personal. Strongly recommend. Best customer service!

If you have any problems ask for the manager, Mark. He will get your problem resolved quickly. Also ask for Sammi at the customer service desk.

Terrell location one of the best in stock locations , had picked out a wrong color in wood stain , did a very quick return , the store had plenty of stock to purchase stain color I wanted was on my way in no time !

Brandy was very helpful. Also a wonderful attitude &great sense of humor

Just came into the store to buy a few things and was asked 2 times if I needed help with anything. And Nancy at self check out was very helpful

Needed a specific cabinet. It was not to be found on the floor. Robert Guipre not only locates it for us, but went the extra mile to pull it from a very precarious spot on the top shelf. We were very grateful for his diligence.

The only thing that keeps me coming to this store is the staff. The Managers are not impressive or memorable. That shows true to this store in particular. Lack of product and poor quantity on hands prove for a bad time.

I purchased safety glasses and panels. Great prices and pleasant store employees!

I bought a freezer last year. Had it serviced. About 6 months later it went out again. Had bought extended warranty but they would not honor it. Bought a $400.00 door and the second time I lowered the shades it won't lower on one side. Fixing to have to fight this vendor too I'm betting.

The customer service is always friendly and helpful.

Blake in flooring is so helpful and knowledgeable, I go get him for help in any department. He knows because he himself is a craftsman. So pleasant and always gives me over the top service. He is fantastic on Home Depiots saw when I need a sheet of plywood cut. He's got a great attitude and work ethic, always makes me feel welcome. Thanks, Blake!

Robert Guipre was so friendly and caring about our need for washer and dryer. It was worth going to Home Depot to look at the sales on washer dryer combo. Other stores are not real friendly

I made a trip to Home Depot in Terrell Texas and had loaded my purchases into my truck, returned the cart to the lot and was about to leave when Jeff with Home Depot approached my truck. He had seen me return the cart (he was retrieving them) and noticed my phone was left behind. Most would have just (maybe, if I'm lucky) turned it in to lost and found and not given it another thought. Jeff took the time to get it back to me before I left - thanks, man!

Bought a new mower and the cashier, Michael, was very helpful in getting an appointment scheduled for delivery and explaining what we needed to do. Always have this experience in Terrell

Any time we come in she is always awesome. Any time there may be a problem she addresses it and makes sure it's set right.

Love shopping at this Home Depot location. The people to me seem better and more helpful. Always have everything I need and service is great.

WE USUALLY SHOP AT OUR LOCAL BIG BOX STORE IN GUNBARREL CITY BUT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK ON GARDEN TRACTORS. WE SAW HOME DEPOT HAD SOME ,WE CALLED AND THE SALE LADY JULIE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS VERY PROFESSIONALLY , HELPED US WHEN WE ARRIVED AND CLOSED THE ORDER, AND SET UP DELIVERY IN TWO DAYS, EVEN BEING 15 MILES FURTHERE THE TERREL STORE IS NOW OUR BIG BOX STORE OF CHOICE. THERE IS NO COMPARISON OF THE TWO STORES.

This particular store is extremely helpful. They have gone out of the way many different times to help us. At different times and different employees have gone out of their way to assist us.

Chris Armstrong, at the Pro desk was amazing to work with! He helped us get everything we needed for our privacy fence. He went above and beyond to ensure a successful build. Thank you, Mr. Armstrong!
