Have purchased many items at our local Home Depot & always had a great experience, especially love my new washer & dryer!!!

A week later, it’s dead.

I like Home Depot, but the people working there made it a really great experience. I was in appliances and the salesman was great.

I had some issues with my online order on Thursday and it was cancelled due to issues when upgraded the online system. Sammi in customer service was such a sweetheart and directed me to the pro desk where I was help by sales person RIB16MI whom went above and beyond for me even though we couldn’t keep the same delivery day. She helped me tremendously and I left content. Employees are very personable there.

Employees need to actually work and pull extra inventory on upper shelves and stock at bottom, so customers don’t have to climb up like spider man and pull product themselves. Additionally, employees always walking around and never bother to ask customers if they need assistance or have been helped. Can’t tell you how many times I’m looking for a product or have a question and they try to avoid or look like they’re busy. This store could be so much better if they worked on these things. If I could not put any stars I would but required at least one star.

The girls in the back know their stuff, they work hard to make sure each person is knowledgeable before the purchase and even offer to help you look for other items even if the store doesn’t have it available. I will definitely be back to this location. Just make sure you keep Talon and Natalie around!

Shopped area flooring departments and was surprised to find the best price at HD.

Store employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about products and location

I needed some paving stones for a project at my home. When I realized the number I would need and the weight etc I did not want to do a pickup at the store in my pickup truck. So I called in my order and the young man who assisted me was very personable and professional. Couldn't ask for better service.

good luck finding the parts and if you need and help getting wire. dont be in a hurry

I recently purchased a refrigerator and purchased a kitchen countertop 18 months ago. The employees helping me were very knowledgeable, kind, and patient while I made my decisions.

Leo was very helpful and knowledgeable in paint.

Save yourself the headache and don’t go here, Awful store, rude employees, messy, disorganized, unhelpful, parking lot full of carts and trash, misleading items, and on and on, and this is not the first time.

I shop at the Terrell Home Depot enough that many emplyees recognize and simply extend the courtesy of say hello. that kind of courtesy is very much appreciated.

All associates that I spoke to helped me out, It is nice going to a store of there volume for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff were helpful and responsive to all shoppers and myself, it gave me an old town hardware store vibe and it rocked.

Pro desk , had the best experience at this location , was able to make my purchases very quickly , was greeted immediately , placed my order was on my way !!!

Our A/C we just ordered had a faulty fan so we needed to get it exchanged or replaced. Called online and told us our local store had it, but we called our local store next to confirm. Although they didn’t have it in stock, Paul said we should be able to bring it up awith a receipt and get something worked out. I was transferred to the returns desk to verify if I needed anything else. My fiancé was disturbingly greeted by a woman named La Trenda. We told her our issue and she replied “I don’t do business over the phone” and hung up before we could ask another question. We decided to take our AC up to the store in hopes we can exchange it or get a new one delivered. As we walked in, no one greeted or helped us. We eventually found the returns desk. As we walked up, who I assumed was La trenda, walked away as soon as she saw we were coming with an AC. Another lady stepped up to the counter and asked who we spoke with and i told her “i believe her” pointing towards the way LT walked. The girl went to go get her and she arrived with an attitude telling us “Didn’t i tell you on the phone I can’t do nothing except look at it? I don’t do business over the phone and i told you that!”. I looked past her attitude and asked if there was anything we could do. At first it was refund it to the card or store credit. So I went to look at different AC’s. By the time I came back, she switched it to we can only refund it back to my Affirm and they can’t do store credit per the manager. She practically threw the recipient at us and we got the hell out! Absolute worst experience with customer service and returns.
