My new handyman is Google. We are trying to do more repair projects ourselves during the Covid19 pandemic to avoid contact. I am learning as I go and a trip to the hardware store can be frustrating. A recent trip to Home Depot was made much easier by the employee who helped me, Trent. He listened to the items described, explained what they were and where to find them. He even wrote down the aisle number and shelf area. I found everything I needed and left feeling like "I can do this!" instead of feeling overwhelmed. The project was successful. Thank you Home Depot and Trent.

Had a great experience at this store in December 2020. Store was clean and associate, Monte, went far beyond his duty to help find what was needed and even put it together for me. The BEST!

My husband and I are able ti find most home improvement items and garden supplies easily at this Home Depot. It is 2 miles from our home and is very convenient. The staff are helpful and will seek other employees if they do not know the answer to our questions. They work as a team. More than once they have offered to take a garden item to my car. ..very helpful. It's our go-to store for home improvement.

This location has more stock available than many of the other Home Depots in our area and is organized very well allowing to get what you need quickly. Associates are very helpful and friendly!

This store has very helpful employees & we appreciate that they are all wearing masks & require shoppers to also.

We love The Home Depot and shop at them often. This location, however is the one we frequent. We love shopping here bc the employees are so nice. We genuinely feel welcomed by them. Connie helped us today. She's a lovely lady that makes a point of saying hello each time she sees us. We always share a laugh and have a quick chat. I hope EVERY HD store has at least one employee like Connie! She makes our shopping experience fun!

Paint department staff is very rude

Very helpful, able to answer all of our questions and good about listening so we were able to get what we wanted.

This is my favorite DIY store. Always helpful staff and friendly customer service. Plus, they require masks be worn!

An employee named Monte helped me find multiple items. I did not know how to do the self checkout. He was very helpful and truly seemed to enjoy his job and was eager to be of service. He is an asset to Home Depot.

Salesperson are very helpful all time Special that they carefully listen to define your needs and fit best affordable solution that help buyers to be under budget

Associates helpful

My opinion is that The home depot #3915 is well-organized but sometimes they don't update the stocks. For instance, I needed to get Metal Double Female Adapter and it wasn't available in the store even though I checked it three weeks later. I found that in other store .

The employees at this store were so friendly. Made the 3 hour round trip worth it..

This store has twice back to back shown me the worst possible customer service I have ever received. From being told that’s not my area I’m in paint to being told that I can only look at a faucet if I planned on purchasing it which I did. Won’t return here again. Hope this helps!

Whenever you need to rent tools this store location has a good variety of tools & equipment.Talk with Larry,he will help you out as best as possible . Associates are knowledgeable & helpful. Answered ?'s i had for upcoming rental .

Great store with great management and associates. They are always friendly, very helpful, and value me as a customer. I've been to other locations and they are good, but this location shows they have implemented quality customer service and the products are always top notch. Associates will help you locate any product you need. Your store is clean and I feel in a safe environment. I might add, you are head and heels above your competition.

The staff in this store is the best of any store I shop in. Most recognize me and are friendly They are always able to help. Sometimes I have special orders and needs. I am a Remodeler. I am in the store almost every day. Thank you guys.

You've got an exemplary employee by the name of "Crash" that went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with our project. Not once but twice she mounted the forklift to bring down two pallets of stone which had to weigh in excess of 1000 lbs each, helped us pick over 100 acceptable pieces, and proceeded to assist us in loading the entire purchase into our van! Super value added employee! What a reflection on this unit, Home Depot as a company, and young people in general!!!!

The store was well stocked. The isles were not cluttered and the cart were well placed. I particularly noticed that the clerks kept going out to bring in unloaded carts. The lighting was good and the pricing was in place.
