      Terrible customer service
      Was at a self checkout register looking for my Military ID in my purse and I guess I took too long and was moved off to the side by the self check out employee. When I found it I asked if I could get help so I can check out and another employee at another register yelled out loud at me to get back in line… how is this ok?

            Absolutely dissatisfied.
            On Wednesday, October 19th., I purchased a Rheem Performance 40 gal Tall 6-year 36,000 BTU Natural Gas Tank Water Heater SKU 1001300147 from Home Depot, who appoints Will Fix It as their service provider to install and setup the unit. The technicians arrived to install the unit with an expansion tank on Friday, October 21th. After the installation was complete, there was no mention of any operating issues or missing parts which I offered payment afterwards. The technician stated that he was unable to take and process payment and sign any electronic documents due to not having the proper device and that Will Fix It will call for payment. I checked for water temperature two hours later to determine if the unit is operating properly. To my dissatisfaction, the water from the faucets did not flow with a slight degree of warm water. I made my way to the garage to do a visual inspection of the unit which felt cold. The Light Indicator was completely off with the knob on the off position. There was no solid nor blinking lights from the indicator to determine that the water heater has malfunction and needs attention. I reached out to Will Fix It to advise that the unit was completely off and was scheduled with a technician to ignite the pilot the next day, Saturday, October 22nd at 10:30 a.m. which was cancelled by Will Fix It the next morning and rescheduled for Monday, October 24th in the morning. No offer was made for Sunday granting that their website states that they offer service 7 days a week. The technician arrived as scheduled who advised my 80-year mother that a Pilot Assembly (SP20248B) was needed and cannot complete the service call. I reached out to the company within an hour and spoke to a manager to reiterate what was said to my mother. The manager briefly explained that a component was missing and that a part has been ordered and should arrive at her place in four (4) days. The manager made on effort to meet expectations nor offered a quick resolution, only boasting that if it has been one of their units, they would be out there. He advised that once the part comes in, to give them a call to install at no additional cost. Contrary to their website, no exceptional service was demonstrated, leaving us completely dissatisfied. On Tuesday, October 25th, a voicemail was left by Darrell with ABC Plumbing who does warranty work for Rheem, stating that he received a dispatch to take care of the water heater and advise to call him once the part comes in. The component was delivered on Saturday, October 29th which I made a call as advised only to be told that he does not work on the weekends and if we can confirm for Monday, October 31st. On Monday, October 31st, Darrell along with a partner arrived as scheduled and worked on the unit for nearly two (2) hours. After completion, he stated that he ordered an additional part that was required (Thermal Release Device SP20246B) which he had with him and installed. The plumber stated that if he did not have the component, we would have waited four more days for the device to arrive. It was agreed that once the order arrived, to give him a call to replace what he installed. There was no same-day service provided as advertised by Home Depot and no love in showing exceptional service according to their authorized service provider’s website. Ten (10) days without hot water is unacceptable and is contrary to what’s being promoted. The whole experience has left me very upset and undervalued as a first-time customer of Will Fix It that, I will absolutely file a complaint with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. We have been inconvenienced by this experience especially for my 80-year-old mother which does not find cold showers comforting at all. I will be expressing my disappointment on social media regarding this whole experience.

              I’ve gone to other locations and for the most part all the staff people that are there, you know they’re there just for a paycheck and they don’t really like to assist. At this particular location people actually take their time to assist you.

                best of the best.
                I find these employees(store associates, to be extremely beneficial to this Home Depot store. ( Mr. Bryan) works outside the parking lot. (Mr. Rick, works on the contractor's loading dock. Always helping customers load up. ( Miss Linda), is awesome. (Miss Mayra) very observant cashier. And Miss Jenna was very helpful in expediting solving customers' issues at checkouts. Mr. Bruce in plumbing was very helpful.

                        Customer Service was top notch
                        Briana from customer service and her supervisor, Raymond were very professional, courteous and helpful in correcting a problem that could have required us to return to the store. They took care of all of it over the phone saving us effort, time and gas since we live quite a distance away. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome and how they took care of the entire issue! It’s hard to get good customer service when you’re standing right in front of someone at times so to get service that was above and beyond over the phone was wonderful!

                                    Showed my Veteran's ID for 10% discount and was denied. Was told had to go online to apply when the previous day at another Home Depot I did receive the discount when I showed my ID.

                                                  I went to purchase some items and noticed a rug slip backing for $16. At checkout it rang up as $22. After showing the cashier the picture of the label with all merchandise behind it, she rolled her eyes and began keying in the numbers on the tag. She said it was stocked wrong and would not change the price or call a manager.

I asked for help from an employer who was at the time having an informal conversation on the phone. After a few minutes, I excused myself an asked her if she could get someone to help me. It turns out she was the manager of the store. We’ll she refused to acknowledge my presence and continued with her conversation and never got someone to help me. If this is the way management treats their customers, imagine what the employees think of customer service. Not a good shopping experience.
