We purchased 3 new appliances today after 3 years of searching - we'd been into home depots 6-8 times ready to buy, but never got the attention or service that made us comfortable enough to actually follow through. Until today when we met Di! She perfectly timed offering us help and leaving us be to talk and peruse. She had an answer for every one of our questions, and even when my questions seemed dumb to me, she never showed any judgment. She gave personal anecdotes to tell me what I should and shouldn't do if I buy a certain appliance, too - just extra info I wouldn't have even known to ask. We're somewhat young, so we've been treated like we're stupid or can't afford things before - it was so nice to be treated like any other person with Di. With her service plus the great prices, it would have been stupid to say no! And now we'll finally have fully updated appliances! :) thanks, Di!

KARI SPENT ALOT OF TIME WITH ME WHEN I ORDERED 2 PATIO DOORS AND 3 WINDOWS TO MAKE SURE I GOT WHAT I WANTED. MY NEXT ORDER WAS JUST ONE WINDOW BUT SHE AGAIN SPENT ALOT OF TIME MAKING SURE I GOT WHAT I NEEDED. SHE IS A FABULOUS PERSON AND EMPLOEE. YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HER.

Sales associates were friendly and helpful. So great to actually get help finding what we needed!

When coming into the store I was there to return some extra materials and when in line, it was shown to have become a lot and the one cashier was giving his upmost all to the customer he was with that had extenuating needs. Sammy came over to elevate the line and pressure the cashier had and was very helpful, quick, and made the entire experience at this store a good one from start to finish.

This is the best Home Depot in Minnesota. Everyone is friendly and they know the products and even if they have it in stock without having to go check on a computer. Great job! .

Whenever I’ve had the opportunity to visit the SW Blaine store, I come away impressed with the friendliness and genuine desire to assist customers. There is another HD store closer to my home but the service does not compare. Especially helpful is Lisa at the Pro Desk. She will work tirelessly to help overcome problems such as delays, wrong products or quality issues. I will go out of my way to visit this store 100% because of the people who work there.

I have plenty of choices and The Home Depot Northtown is the only home improvement store I will shop.

I met Sharon almost immediately. I just needed a closet pole but I was tired and couldn't find it and my disability was getting the better of me. I asked how her day was and she said Fantastic. That was it. My day got so much better. She even cut my pole for me. Wow. I was so grateful cuz I can't. Thanks, Sharon. I'll see you again.

We go to this Home Depot because of the helpful employees like Dimitri. We don’t live in this zip code anymore, but travel to this store for the superior service. Dimitri has helped us with renovations and home repairs by suggesting the correct paint, supplies and provided helpful tips. The store itself is always very clean, organized and we never have a complaint here!
