I had a project that the technician worked me through the options and suggestions - went beyond what I thought explaining pros and cons, suggestion of tools and products!

Completely satisfied with the service we get here.

Cashier was ridiculously inept and young kid who seemed to be running that area was condesending at best. This was an isolated incident at a store I do not frequent.

I have always had great customer service at the surprise location.

Homedepot is my GoTo store for project supplies and tools.

Friendly employees, especially Alice the cashier that helped me today!

All is good. Good employees and very helpful. Disappointed to order on line wouldn’t acknowledge Home Depot credit card. Asked for expiration date and the card doesn’t have it.

THE MOST CLUTTERED, CHAOTIC AND DIRTY HOME DEPOT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. EVEN HAD CONSTRUCTION WITH EXTREMELY LOUD POWER TOOLS IN USE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY INSIDE THE STORE. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO FOR HARDWARE ANYMORE. THEY HAVE GOOD PEOPLE WORKING THERE WHO ARE BEING ASKED TO WORK IN BAD CONDITIONS.

I have been in the store several times since moving here. I never have to look too far for someone to answer a question or for assistance. Everyone is nice, friendly and patient. The manager of this location is doing something very right!

Excellent customer care services provided by each and every member of this stores team. Everyone was upbeat, knowledgeable, courteous and personable. I'm a contractor and have been to at least one hundred locations around the country and this store rates in the too 5 I have had the pleasure to shoo in. My tip my hat to this Home Depot team!

The employees really seem to like helping their customers. Never has employee at this store not been helpful and courteous. The store has a very nice group of people working here.

This store is busy and hectic, but the staff is responsive and tries their best to do a good job.

Poor Management and do not make the customer leave the store happy. On manager agrees to give you the discount and when i got to the register the other manger says no. Poor service and rude manager. The employee was very nice and helpful but Manager was not.

The employees at this location go above and beyond to help their customers. My husband shops here more than I do, but we often comment that this store has a way of keeping excelling employees, since we often see the same helpful employees when we visit. The store is always clean. Products are easy to find because they are kept in the same general locations each time we visit---not like other stores who constantly change locations of items in their store. Customers want to know where to find the items they use most often, and this store keeps customers happy with their consistency. Keep up what you are doing Surprise #0483, we enjoy shopping at your location.

It's clear HD values and pays their employees. The store across the street (starts with L) has few employees and they are exhausted.

We were told the gazebo we asked for was out of stock after we had waited an hour and 15 minutes. The worse experience I have ever had. No one would help us and the staff that was there acted like they were too busy for us.

Went in to buy kitchen cabinets. No one in the department around, asked the 2 older employees (man and woman) in the appliance department to help, they said no one comes in until 10am, I asked if they could page someone, they said no. I left the store and went across the street where I bought my $7800 worth of cabinets. Home Depot could care less if you come to their store.

Paint section was easy to find product and employees were helpful! T.C. Taou Chang recommended the paint I picked up for a client (medium size job of baseboards and drywall repair). Man, was he right! The client and I loved the end result:)

I go to this store quite often and I never leave there disappointed. They are always ready to answer any questions I have and also explain to me how do do something I have in mind. And I love the military discount I get there too.

Home Depot - Surprise, AZ is an awesome store to shop for home goods. They are helpful with a smile. They are awesome.

I have had consistent great customer service at this Home Depot and I go as often as I can. Employees are always willing to help and actually value your business. I went in when they were about to close this last time. Instead of rushing me out they took their time to help me find what I needed. I love shopping here!

Employee Jackie help get more product down from the shelf for us and then also took the time to restock the shelf for others. Joey was our cashier and he was very friendly and thanked us for coming in. Store has a warm Friendly feeling today keep up the good work.
