This stores employees are so helpful, the store is neat and clean. Most of all, Laura "Nix" Jackson, she's really great! Thanks to her, I will be visiting this location most. Not a lot of people offer the type of customer service as she did. I was able to purchase items instore and online as well. This store is amazing! Thank you to everyone working so hard to giving us great customer service, we appreciate all of you.

Want a great experience at Home Depot, make this location your main store! Number one in customer service!! Not many people go out of their way for others anymore but Dario and Cody sure know how to dazzle customers!

Associate Michaela is very professional and helpful. She noticed us standing in line and went out of her way to scan our items and speed up the process. She held our bulky items in place while we made our payment. Upon completion of our transaction she thanked us for our business and wish us good evening. People like this are an asset to their organization, especially in today's age of disappearing customer service. In the future I will make it a point to visit this Home Depot even though it is not the closest to our home. Thank you Michaela for a great job.

Our cashier Michaela was a pleasure. She was in great spirits and was fast and efficient with any help we needed to cash out. Her smile was great to see in the store.

Shopping there on 11/12/2020 for foam window sealing tape, I realized I had left my reading glasses in the car. A young floor associate was nearby so I asked him if he could help me because I couldn’t see well. He boldly told me: “My eyes aren’t too good either” and without any further assistance he calmly proceeded to drive off on one of these electrical elevating platforms used to reach high shelves. I was left helpless, blown away by his boldness and total disrespect. Complained to Vicky, store manager. What kind of customer service is that???

Associates, managers, and cashiers extremely helpful and friendly

Rude cashier. Cashier refused to acknowledge and price match from the Home Depot website. Said, pointing to the website on my cell phone, "That don't mean nothing to me." The store main aisle was so overcrowded with merchandise for sale that people were forced either to wait to walk past or were forced to brush against each other to pass along the aisle. No adequate space for social distancing! I would have rated the store no stars if possible after this experience.

They have measures in place to keep both the employees and customers safe. All employees wearing masks properly. They were very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you are the most important person at that moment. Kyle helped us in the appliance area. If you need new appliances visit Kyle. He is very fast, friendly, and thorough. The Superstition Springs store in Mesa, AZ is very organized, clean, and has ample inventory. The sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful about items in the department that they either manage or work as sales associates. This is our preferred store for the majority of are purchases.

Laura Nix is great and amazing.

Store was clean, staff friendly and well stocked

I was not happy. Five store employees were either not wearing masks, or had them at their chin, or only covering their mouth, not their noses. In addition, I saw at least 4 customers not wearing masks. This pandemic will not end until people take safety precautions seriously.

I drive by other similar stores to shop here because there are always carts where you need them and load out available unlike other stores where you have to run around looking for carts and wind up loading yourself.

The appliance section crew is excellent and Dario, the manager was amazingly helpful.

This is the Home Depot that I buy from most of the time even though its not the closest. I really appreciate the help. I have found the specialists knowledgeable. I don't have a problem finding someone if I need help. The store is always clean, easy to check out, the parking lot is not as crowded as others, the rental center has had everything that I need and their staff knows what they're talking about.

I always shop at Home Depot great store, but this evening I stopped in to get some paint ask for help took a Young Man 2 minutes to say I'll help you give me a minute so I stood there so after several minutes watching him do things before he attempts to help me he finally asked me how can I help you, I told him I needed paint and what kind he proceeds to tell me to give him a few more minutes, then he'd help me, to top all this off we got 15 minutes before the store closes then we got 10 minutes then we got 5 minutes still no help so I took it upon myself to help myself I used buckets of paint to stand on, read, and reach for paint, there was even a ladder there that I climbed and moved I find the paint I wanted, the young man not even once came down that aisle to see if I needed help still or not, needless to say I'm not stupid I know what kind of paint I want , I just didn't know where to get it within minutes before closing, I'm sure the assistant manager or whoever if I was even on camera was having a heart attack every bucket I stood on every latter I climbed up to read and reach the paint, the only good part about this I did find the paint I wanted and needed I just want to say thank you to the young man that said he would help me. I will never go back to the store on superstition Drive in Mesa again

Great store with a friendly staff.

This store is definitely my favorite even though it’s farther than the one I live by. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I received a hello as soon as I walked in and asked throughout my visit if I needed help. If you’re buying an appliance I recommend asking for Jon or Mark. They were super helpful and knew what they were talking about.

Bill in plumbing is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Great people!
