This store appears to be unsafe to goto. The management has allowed store parking lot to become a homeless camp with multiple RVs parked for multiple weeks. One clearly not running and appeared to be towed in with a tow bar out in front of it. The other day one RV even had a hot tub set up outside IN THE PARKING LOT.

Liz was very helpful in helping with my new card for Home Depot and product information.

I was having some issues with a weed timmer and Matt from garden listened and helped me figure out what the issue was. He is very knowledgeable and kind! I really appreciate his help.

Garden section was on point! My customer service rep Omar, was helpful, courteous, kind, and most importantly, seemed happy to be at work instead of it being a nuisance. I asked him to suspend my order so I could continue to shop and he immediately knew what to do. When I returned, he asked me if I needed help to my car with my purchase. I have never been to this location before, but will travel out of my way to visit again. Kudos Omar! I see management in your future. Keep smiling, working faster than the Kiosks, and making people feel special. Thank You!

I was able to get everything I went in for and Omar the cashier that checked me out was very friendly and we had a great little conversation. Nice guy!

I have spent many hours in this store for several years. I always expect workers to be pleasant and helpful. I am never disappointed. lf something I want is not in stock, the store quickly orders in that item or tells you about another store to find the item.

Caleb's precision and attention to detail were truly commendable! He deserts a raise! I hope the manager sees this note.

Alice and Morgan went way above the norm to make sure I got what I needed. I wish everyone could experience their abilities.

Great and courteous customer service provided by Appliance Specialist, Eleanor Cook and Supervisor, Jaimie Kohlstedt.

There were none of the item I wanted on the shelf. Employee I asked said computer showed 32 in stock. Shelf was in front of store. Employee said stock may be in back of store and he would check. He came back with the one I wanted but he did not put any more on the empty shelf. Was this a loss leader that the store didn't really want to sell? I had driven from the Apache Junction store when they told me the Superstition store showed 32 in stock.

The personnel at this store are so helpful and friendly. A great place to shop

The employees suggested we return our old water heater in case it was still under warranty. It was! So we got a handy refund. They were more than helpful

I have always liked this location. There is something about it from the time you enter. Everyone that has helped in some way have always been very king and helpful. They almost always have what I came for. I do wish they would not pack the isle, it is hard to get around while using the wheelchair.

I purchased Hampton Bay square pouf for my patio. It is a perfect size 18 x 18 and the blue and white coloring is perfect! They are a great addition for a foot rest or extra patio seating!

I recently bought an ant killer product at the Home Depot near my home. It came with a “point and shoot” extendable wand which is nice added feature. I used the product once with no issues whatsoever. However, 2 months later when I tried to use it the second time, it would no longer spray. Very frustrating to say the least. I wasn’t sure if they would allow me to return the product since I had used it once. I happened to be in Mesa and had the product with me and stopped into the Home Depot on Superstition Springs Blvd. The gentleman working in returns (I believe his name was Dan) was extremely helpful. He was very patient, very polite, very professional and sincerely wanted to help me. Even though I had the original receipt, it was a bit more complicated the details of which are not important for this review. Fortunately, I was able to work with the aforementioned Dan who handled this situation. I strongly suspect this particular store has many “Dans” working there and would highly recommend it for all your needs.
