You are greeted when you enter. The associates will always help you. This store is not so huge that you get lost in the aisles, yet the store has what you are looking for 98% of the time.

As a general contractor and a business owner . This is the first time I’ve ever come to a Home Depot and felt like this. I came to buy concrete for my crews this morning. I bought 20 bags of concrete. The cashier called the loader to come, two came. The older loader, came and asked what are you here for concrete? Then points to the concrete and says there it is. What do you need a cart? Then points saying there they are. The older guy left a younger guy kept watching me and then he left. I won’t recommend us Home Depot to anyone

Customer service in the garden area almost nonexistant. Cashier called for loading assistance but no one showed up.

I ducked in to this store on my lunch break to grab a keyless lock. I was in a hurry and did not know which lock I needed for my situation. The sales clerk pointed me to exactly what I needed and Luz the cashier checked me out quickly. Overall, it was a good experience and I like the lock.

Super nice people there. Very helpful for a guy like me who isn't really great at home improvement or "handy man" projects.

Cashiers make you feel that you are stealing something

Corean helped us even though the store was unusually busy! She personally helped us find exactly what we needed. She was wonderful!!

This store is not currently safe to shop in. 90% of employees do not wear masks properly. Mask wearing is not enforced with customers either. Stay far, far away until after you've been vaccinated.

The guy that operates the forklift was rude and unprofessional. He refused to load me 50 sheets of sheetrock that were not damaged as the rest because in his opinion the buyes must take it all. I refuse to pay for product that are damaged but they don't care. These people here in pro desk are very unprofessional. Especialy the guy in front of the department who told me to wait up to 45 minutes for my next load.

Really outstanding customer service. I wish I knew all of their names but Luz, Alejandro, the guy who seemed to be training Alejandro, and the guy helping Luz at checkout were all outstanding. Just a good store. Heck, even the customers are nice! lol. Not common enough these days.

It’s practically impossible to find an associate to assist you. When you do find someone, they act like you’re being a bother to them. Very poor customer service!

During these times this Home Depot location has been excellent. I’ve had to do some repairs to items at home that we’re unplanned and the ease of being able to send my handy man over and being able to pay over the phone has made a world of difference. Thank you for being a great community partner to all of us during this time of crisis.

Most employees are super nice and helpful.A couple years ago I had a bad experience here and vowed never to come back. It is the most convenient location so I did go back. Ever since I have had great service. They have really stepped up their game!

Hiroko, Nahd and Alice are the best! They have guided my husband and I with our new home renovation. Apart from the practical aspect of measuring, selection of goods, etc. they are wonderful people to work with, they are so kind and professional. It could have been a stressful situation but thanks to them it was a fairly easy process.

Store Was Clean, Yet There's NEVER An Actual Cashier To Take Care Of You In The Evening.. You Must Use Self Checkout Which I Find Completely Unprofessional! Asked The Cashier To Check Me Out & She Pointed Me To The Self Checkout, Yet When I Walked In The Store She Was Taking Care Of Customers & Ringing Them Up.
