Cashier Barbara was so positive and friendly when checking me out.

I love this store for all of my home improvements. I moved here from Minnesota and we used them there. My Father n Law has rentals and he brags heavily on Home Depot. The smell is so great!!! And I truly appreciate the friendly employees. Always!!

Do something about the water quality guy (Swamee) The other employees are great.

Great store Custmer service was great

Overall the employees are great. I've been across the street to the other big box store and it's just comparing apples to oranges when it comes to general availability of help and courteous employees. I had great experiences except for tonight when I was given a part that didn't fit by someone in the plumbing department. He didn't know. I came home and saw the pipe didn't fit. I went right back to the store, saw the same employee. He realized his mistake and gave me the right part. I went to the customer service desk to return the parts and pay for the new ones. I had cashier "Kim" at the customer service desk. She was very snotty at the beginning and asked if I had installed the parts. I explained that I got the pipe and connector by the plumbing dept and it was the wrong piece. She rolled her eyes as if I did something wrong. I explained I had the correct part now and had my receipt for the return. She reluctantly gave the return but was just rude. Not that it matters, but the pipe and adapter was $3.87. Seriously? If you look at the time stamp, you'd see I was there 30 minutes earlier and I would've been there sooner, but I have to drive to the store. Kim needs an attitude adjustment. If she's having a bad day, don't take it out on us. This was On 6/2/2021 at 8:06pm. If her intention was to make me not want to visit the store again -- congrats. You did your job.

Nas was very helpful, friendly and a polite young man. He loaded 10 bags in my car with a friendly conversation and a smile

Took a MONTH to receive my washer and dryer horrible service all around!

My salesperson, Beth, helped me find the best washer/dryer combo to replace old ones. She was knowledgeable, courteous: even thru the stressful amount of time it was taking, and even tho the computer system was giving her huge problems when she tried to complete my order. The store has been our go-to for many items needed upon our recent move to St Pete. They just need more salespersons on the floor in specific departments!

Store was well stocked and neat with items not located in other stores nearby.

Not happy at all. Cashiers have nothing to say to you and when there's a problem you're moved along hoping you don't notice.

Cashier was very rude, would not honor a Veteran I.D. Clearly obvious she didn't want to be there. had a bad attitude. Manager was not available for a complaint.

Associate was unhelpful and unfriendly. I do not intend to shop there again.

the sales person was the best I ever had anywhere. He was really great about making sure I got the right one and followed up with me after the sale to make sure I got the right one and was happy

The store always seems to have the product I am looking for and the employees are very helpful in finding what I am looking for. I did need additional assistance locating a particular item which the employee help me find and suggested the better of the three products they offered.

We had a wonderful young man named Deshawn (Darius) who is a Home Depot employee. He came up to us after we checked out and ask if he could help us load our things into our car. He put our garden supplies in the car and the chairs in the trunk he tied down the trunk and made sure everything was secure. This is the first time I have ever had anyone ask to help us out at this store. Being disabled he was a blessing and so helpful. I hope your store knows what a wonderful young man Darius is.

Love shopping at home depot

This store is usually very good - however, on our most recent trip, an employee in the paint department was clearly annoyed and very inattentive. She waited on customers who had not been there as long as we had, and when she was finished with them, she ignored us until we asked for her assistance (we were standing right in front of her). She was clearly irritated by our request to match paint and it was obvious we were bothering her. Not the best experience.

Super helpful employees even when they are extremely busy.

I visit this store all of the time. Have always been very pleased. This morning Barbara helped me out as I was checking out. She was very nice and had a great attitude. I would have to say that every associate that I have dealt with their, has been outstanding. Really enjoyed the shopping experience there today.

I usually don’t complain. I ordered a bathroom counter on November 29 and finally picked it up February 5. I had to call to find out where my purchase is on multiple occasions and got different answers. I spoke to 4 different people and no one had any sense of urgency to help me. This is unacceptable! No one communicated the status of my order , I had to call to find out the status of the order , it was lost so it had to be reordered. Why is this happening with such a large company? At this point I would take my business to Lowe’s. I feel like I should been given some type of discount for this mess. Totally unacceptable to run a business.

Excellent experience at this store on 1/30/2021. Everyone I encountered was eager and ready to assist and they did. Brittany gave some excellent advice about lighting and helped me pick out backsplash, John helped me purchase a refrigerator, and Stephanie was awesome at checkout. First class customer service guys!! Thank you.

Hardware associate was great!

The store is easy to navigate and our cashier Barbara was super patient with us when we realized we had put down an item we needed and had to go running back to grab it during checkout.

Outstanding Home Depot. We shop here every week since we purchased our 1925 home. The staff is always available and willing to help. They know their business. The store is always stocked and clean. When we need to return anything they are there to help, no hassles

Was on a mission to get some new power tools. Sunday evening, store was settling down. Looked thru some tool combo kits, but tool kit locked to the shelving. Asked an employee for help, he gladly helped get another employee over to the section I needed help. Both employees, great teamwork got the job done quickly. Thank you two!!
