I found the service exceptional. Coming in with a specific problem, I got it solved and bought the exact product I needed. I was also advised on the best way to apply the product in my project. I left the store with a sense of accomplishment and knew exactly the steps I needed to take to complete my project. Highly professional staff, courteous, and knowledgeable. Much appreciated!

Good Service on Product. Free Assembly of Grill was good and on time. However the customer service rep who was excellent, could not find me on the Military Discount database. Not her fault.

I am in the construction/renovation business and go to many different home depot locations. The employees and store itself in my opinion is one of the top stores out of Putnam, westchester, fairfield, and nyc. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean and well stocked. Parking lot has the carts you need and are not filled with litter. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

The HD in Southeast is a friendly store to shop in. I know there is never enough staff to meet the demands of customers anywhere anymore but these employees really try hard.

Kevin showed exceptional service, was very thorough and explained in detail the different wood choices. He understood what I needed for my project and even told me which blade I should use. I’m gonna look for him next time I purchase wood! Very detail oriented.

Shopping at Brewster store today. Was helped by Theresa, who was patient, efficient and professional. Earlier in the day, Roger gave me advice on what would best suit our needs. And Justin, Theresa's supervisor, was also very helpful. What a pleasant experience!

Angelo asked if I need help, was in his section when O did need him, helped me pick out plywood, carried it & cut it for me. I’m always grateful for the older gentlemen’s help at night. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

The our salesman Al was great. He made our visit and purchase of new cabinets seamless. I would highly recommend seeing him if you are interested in replacing your kitchen cabinets.

If you want a pleasant experience and no hassle please do yourself a favor and go to the Brewster Home Depot . Plenty of staff and the store is full stocked! One of the workers “ Dawn” helped me out and she went above and beyond for my wife and I . I travel an extra 25 minutes to shop at this HD. and it’s worth it every single time .

I love this location of Home Depot. The staff is friendly and very helpful! John the lumber man assisted us and went above and beyond to help us with our home project. I honestly will only go here for now on!
