Well stocked, tidy, labeling on aisles for what your needs are. It was a friendly and inviting experience.

Your supervisory staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Your floor staff is a little understaffed , which is understandable with the COVID issue. Being understaffed means finding assistance can be difficult at times and the person is not as knowledgeable as I have come to expect from Home Depot.

Clerk searched high and low for almost 30 minutes to find at least one of the 10 items they indicated as in store. These were large items that should have been easily distinguishable. Poor customer service and inventory accountability!

I was so happy with the Customer Service at this store! The employees were so eager to assist us when we entered the store. Dustin helped us from the Garden Section to the Ceiling Fan Section. If he wouldn't have assisted us the way that he did we wouldn't have purchased as much as we did. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

I needed help in the garden center and couldn't find a worker who wanted to help anywhere in the store. I think Home Depot needs to hire people who care and are hard workers.

I was in an out in 30 minutes with everything I needed.

I went to the Home Depot get several items for a home project. I was able to find just what I needed at an affordable price. Our cashier , Brooklyn, was exceptional at checkout.

DUSTIN, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT ELECTRICAL WIRING AND BREAKERS. HE HELPED ME GET EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. OTHER BOX STORES DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I NEEDED.

No staff to help a customer

If you can't find what your looking for, ask someone from the staff! They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Hard to find any employee to help us. Low inventory on everything. Employees acted bothered and irritated if questioned. When the in store programs leading sign reads delivers by the 16 you don’t expect to hear when paying it won’t be delivered until tue 23.

Darlene, of the Appliance Department, was so helpful in my decision to purchase a new GE unitized washer/dryer. The machine was installed carefully and efficiently within 9 days of purchase, after the heavy old (1987) Maytag unitized washer/dryer was removed. I am happy to have a 5-year service plan for this appliance, and very thankful for the human kindness, respect, knowledge, and wisdom that Darlene gave to me. Thank you Darlene!

I have been shopping at Home Depot south Lincoln quite often this past year. We have bought flooring ceiling fans, & have recently been purchasing pavers, rock, & plants from the garden center. Employees have been helpful & friendly. I always find what I am lookin for. Store was clean. I will continue to shop there. Bonnie

Store was clean and all associates were friendly and had 2 different associates ask if we needed help and 1 went with us to the area we needed to be to find what we were looing for. Roxie our cashier was friendly and asked if we had found what we were looking for.

This is my go-to store for large projects. Jamie and Jim in the millwork area are great. Whenever I have carpentry questions, Tim has an answer for me. The store is clean. They have what I need, whenever I go in there. Not a real fan of the crab *** guy with dreads behind the customer service counter - he doesnt want to be bothered with questions or helping people. If it wasnt for him, i'd give 5 stars.
