I went to Home Depot to buy a specific outdoor Christmas tree. The sales associates helped me find the exact tree at another Home Depot in the area. A second sales associate assisted me with Poinsettia plants, pricing and location. Such a great way to kick off the Holiday spirit.

I visited the Home Depot in Simpsonville to purchase some bird seed. Dawn was the associate that greeted me in the garden center. It was not your typical welcome to ____, Dawn was very personable and energetic. Dawn checked me out and it was a repeat genuine performance. Dawn is a rock star and makes you feel truly appreciated!

Remodeling My home and the things I have wanted and needed has always been there. On few occasion it may be out of stock by I'm grateful for a place like this where I can go for anything Home and garden.

One of the folks working the floor was very helpful and my cashier Nikki was such a joy to be around.

I have shopped at this HD since its opening, and have always been pleased with the people, the merchandise and the service! If I had one wish, it would be that HD show respect for their LGBTQTIA customers like myself, who spend their monies there, by not supporting anti-LGBTQIA organizations, people, politicians or policies!

We tried another big box retailer first and the experience was not good. We spent a little bit more for the opportunity to work with KB at Home Depot in SC. She is top notch! She is knowledgeable, professional and just a pleasure to work with. She has made us new Home Depot customers. No other big box store for us!

Gerald in lawn and garden helped solve a particular vexxing PVC garden. Use a heat gun to bend the PVC in place. Brilliant. Thank you. Marsha at the register helped with the new QR code for the Veteran's discount. Was not aware of this changing. Thank you. Good stuff today, HD.

I bought a Cub Cadet lawnmower last year....it was an excellent choice. I bought a Champion generator and a chainsaw.... these items have come in handy with the recent cold weather.

Quality of lumber is superb. Store is always clean and staff very helpful.

We decided to renovate our kitchen and our master bath. We went to see the designer at the Simpsonville South Carolina Home Depot and the designer Kathleen was a big help. Sje did all of our math for the sq ft. and told us everything we needed that really put us on the right track thanks Kathleen !

Among other items, I wanted to by a 4 ft section of moulding from a scrap bin. The bin was labled "Cut it yourself, Save time, Buy only what you need". I searched the bin for a piece that fit my need and found a 1x4 that was 5 ft in length. I cut it to 4 ft. The store insisted on charging me for a 12 ft length. Stupidity

As always, the employees are helpful, accommodating and cheerful. I always get great service!! When I needed to order a kitchen, Kathleen was so helpful and saw to my request immediately.

Great store and great service. Very friendly employees. My latest experience was annoying because I had to return 2 toilets in a row because they were both cracked when I brought them home. I finally had an employee check the box on the 3rd one to make sure it was not cracked before I purchased it. The employee was very helpful but somebody at the store needs to check how these boxes are being handled. How hard do you have to drop one of these to crack the toilet inside? I want to replace 2 more toilets in the house but really can't bring myself to buying another one. The people at the return desk were very helpful and no issues returning the damaged ones. It is just very annoying to bring one of these things home to find it damaged and have to pack it back up and return it.

Deron Fuller (employee at this location) went above and beyond our expectations. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable with regards to the products we decided to purchase (ryobi miter saw, nail gun, and screw driver). I am an older female trying to start some DIY projects for the home that required these items. He helped me find the right tools while listening to my concerns and questions. I know NOTHING about power tools!!! He explained which nails to use for the nail gun and why. He was such a blessing to me today. I am grateful I said "Yes" when he asked if he could help me with anything. He was a great source of help!!!

Cuz not load my car in the loan zone people park there to shop no one said anything had 20 bags to that was on a pallet out side had to get a cart and put 4 bag in a time and to my car when people shop and no one said anything

I have been in other stores like Home Depot, but they are not as friendly or willing to assist you when needed. The staff at Home Depot are right there if you need help, and I truly appreciate that. The store was clean and neat.
