A few years ago, I bought a house in Simpsonville and got all my appliances here with a military discount. A few months later I had to build a privacy fence and shed. When I came here, I was not treated as I think I should have (a grumpy older lady was kind of rough when I asked for the discount). I ended up buying all my materials either cash or with a personal credit card at a competitor even though I had a $10000 line of credit here. This time, I decided to give it another shot and spent over $400 in materials because they sent me an invitation with a 10% .However, I was a little short in materials and they could not honor the 10% to complete my project, not even the wholesale price I paid for the other material.

I went to the Rental department to get the rental cost of a mini trackhoe for a day,one employee kelp telling me between 350.00 and 450.00 per day, and that he was just guessing,but i wanted to know the actual cost, after a few minutes of him telling me he was just guessing,another employee listening in behind the counter, looked on his computer and gave me actual cost.Which is all they needed to do at first. After leaving the rental area, I needed a 50 foot roll of 10/2 electrical wire, The employee kelp calling it a 100 foot roll of 10/3 , and since i had other shopping to do, i wasn't allowed carry it around in buggy and it would be register when i check out,of course it was not there when i went to check out and had to get some one else to get it. Most frustrating i have ever had at home depot.

This store has such great employees who are helpful and go the extra mile. The shelves are stocked with everything and isles free of clutter.

I bought an LG refrigerator and love it

Joy in lumber located bead board, found me what I needed, and cut it to precision with a smile. I had just had a totally frustrating experience at another home improvement store. Joy brought me joy! I was in and out of Home Depot in ten minutes tops!!!

I adore this Home Depot! My husband and I spend quite a bit of time there and each time we are greeted with amazing service! The associates are always willing to help out in any way they can. They never feel the need to rush you do they can move in with their tasks, they will help as long as you need help. The store is always so clean and for the most part stocked. I’m always so pleased with the customer service here!

I went to purchase fireant product, and would think it would be in lawn and garden but its inside where lawn and garden equipment is located and not easy to find. Store is also in a terrible location.

I purchased a pot of tulips on February 22nd and the sales lady in the garden center was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially assisting with the Veterans/Military

This location is such a great home depot that serves a large number of customers. They always have the shelves stocked with what you need and the store is very well organized. I love shopping local but this location is so efficient that it keeps me coming back every time.

I went to home Depot and purchased carbon detecters for my home . Very satisfied with products purchased.

I didn’t get the guys name but he was putting up supplies. And ask ask him a question and he helped me tremendously. He even looked it up on his little phone. He had even the cashier was very, very nice.

Lisa the cashier has checked us out on 2 different occasions and is not friendly at all! She is bossy and rude and needs a lesson on great customer service skills because she posesses none! If we shop there again and shes working, we will definitely not go tbrough her line
