This Home Depot is awesome!!! Katie at check out, Bill in plumbing both gave us great help and support. I will continue to drive 15 extra miles out of my way just to shop at this Home Depot. Even though the North Myrtle Beach Home Depot is only a couple miles from me.

Good store. Go there all the time

Had a great experience with the floor associates and the cashier monitoring self checkout. Both went above and beyond to assist me and make this a satisfying experience.

The store employee, Art, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We stopped by to look at a weed eater and he explained everything to us. He saved us money and helped us choose the correct one. You don’t have to chase down someone to help you like you do in other stores. We just moved here a couple months ago and I am amazed at how friendly and nice everyone is !

We had a very pleasant experience with our recent purchase of a refrigerator. The store associate, Amanda, was most pleasant, professional, and helpful. She shared information about the possibility of getting a lower price during the upcoming Black Friday event. The item we purchased did quality for a partial credit to our account. When I called Amanda, she quickly checked all the information and promptly credited the difference back to our account. Amanda is a great asset to your staff and we will be back.

The store I visited was #3652 in Fuquay. My cashier was Paula and she did a great job today!

We almost always find what we need at this store and the staff are always quick to help us with whatever we need. Everyone is always friendly even after a long day unlike some other chain stores. We love shopping at the Shallotte store. The store is always clean especially the bathrooms! It is easy to find whatever we are looking for which helps a lot.

My wife and I went to Home Depot to purchase a new refrigerator. The store was very clean and had what we wanted on display. The time frame to get our new appliance was amazing considering the virus we have going on now. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable and knew a great deal about refrigerators. It was a pleasure to shop where employees are so friendly and helpful. Clean and orderly store with help that could answer my questions

The store was clean. The aisles were not cluttered, unlike some other stores. Items displayed were placed in a logical manner. Store employees are friendly and helpful.

During the height of COVID-19, I only saw 1 employee wearing a mask, and in spite of the fact they are all wearing badges that say 'Please keep 6 feet of distance' several employees refused to put on a mask to help us out in the self service line, which was the only check-out open. Masks don't really help the person wearing them, they protect everyone around you. It's a courtesy to your fellow human beings. When employees refuse to wear masks, it says 'I don't care about you'.

If you are in the market for new appliances go see Luke at Home Depot in Shallotte NC. He is excellent and much knowledge in all of the products.

Excellent Managers and associates- courteous and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to rectify a serious installation complaint. Store was very clean.

This store is clean, and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The employees seem eager to assist customers and make them feel important. There is always an associate at the front self-checkout area to assist "newbies" on the process of navigating the machine. This is especially comforting for senior citizens not familiar with navigation of the check-out machine.

Shallotte store generally has everything I need but is 32 miles away. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Wilmington store, has some what greater stock, is about the same distance in the opposite direction. Myrtle Beach store is about 50 mile away with the most stock. All the Home Depot stores I've shopped at have very friendly and helpful staff. Way better than Lowes.We need a store in Southport, NC or Oak Island, NC.
