Friendly service..items always stocked.

Some of the employees have a bad attitude and are not given professional treatment to every customer.

I have had a wonderful buying experience! I recently purchased an NewDEWALT20-Volt MAX Lithium-Ion Cordless 1/4 in. Impact Driver with 5.0 Ah Battery Pack, and Other tools, and supplies for my yard. The customer at service is amazing It’s nice to go in and have the employee know exactly what you need for the project. Thanks!!

This HomeDepot is very safe and set up for protection from Covid clean. The return service desk guy went out of his was to help me return something from the year before. I really appreciated that. The appliance specialist was busy but told me it would be fast. I waited and it was closing time She was fast at writing up my back order and even went overtime for me professional and nice. Home Depot had Great shopping experience with prices on everything. The other store had no prices and no service helpers available so I was very happy when I was treated kindly and could see the price options for my purchase at Home Depot.

Never had problem shopping at this store. All the employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help with very polite manner. Thanks Home Depot to do an excellent work!!!

Matt, one of the managers, took the time to help me find everything on my long list. We are fixing up a house to sell and he was very helpful.

The store was clean and safe.

If you see Karen, go to her register. She's super nice, super helpful. It's refreshing especially during the times we're living in where you find an employee who does what little she can to make your experience a pleasant one. Other stores, the cashier doesn't even make eye contact.

Helpful friendly people

On 4/10/2020 Mayor Smith of Santa Clarita announced that all employees of essential businesses and those going out to those essential businesses must wear face masks. On my latest trip to Home Depot on 4/11/2020, most people who are working at the Home Depot and several of the people shopping there were not wearing face masks. I understand that this is a difficult time for everybody, but that is no excuse to ignore the law. As it has been decreed by the mayor, the face covering rule is now enforceable by law. I am so impressed with the service I received today from my first contact with Anna P to the advice and knowledge I got from Chip in the wood department. I have been going to this Home Depot for over 30 years and have seen many changes as far as employees go. Today was such a good experience. Anna P at the return desk was friendly and listened to my problem I had with the wood pieces I had cut the night before. She directed me to Chip in the wood department. I was impressed with his knowledge of woods and felt that I had learned so much from him in the short time I was there. Thank you to Chip and Anna P. for making my day!!

It's like I'm a ghost when I come in, its frustrating everytime i come in , never get help at all they try and ignore you, that is sad

I get a lot of good help from the Home Depot staff at this store. The staff really tries to make their customers happy and thrive on keeping their store great. There are many friendly and courteous staff at this store and would not trade it for any other.

Bad customer service.. worst employees with bad attitudes who don’t help you..

The Christmas tree lot at the store this year was the best! The trees were fresh and all beautifully shaped. The ease of checking out was very convenient and pam and her associates Were more than helpful

Staff is very helpful! Does not have to visit other stores due to unavailability of what your looking for and waste time! I find the store clean every time I go there.The items purchased are long standing and durable,after sales service is excellent

My Wife & I just purchased our new home and we are doing a lot of renovations we come into this location very often.. Tere has helped us many times she is very helpful, friendly & always greets us with a smile she makes sure we always leave out of there happy.

This will be my home improvement or general fix it place to go. Employees are always friendly and very helpful. Looked what items I was going to buy online. The aisle and bay where they are in the store was posted there. Saved a lot of time not having to walk up and down aisles looking for them.

Top of the line, all associates and department head that I have dealt with have always bee helpful as well as friendly and knowledgeable about answering my questions

The Home Depot at Santa Clarita is one of the best stores when it comes to do any improvements at your home or garden you can find everything you need for your projects, all products are very easy to find and employees are very friendly and helpful they assist you with all the questions or to find what you need . I strongly recommend this store

Very friendly employees and very clean store

Best customer service I have ever been given compared to other Home Depot’s or home improvement stores this is my go to store for ALL my house needs; equipment, tools, planting/plants, paint. I’m one that I like to be well informed on what I’m buying and could ask plenty of questions and I love the patience and attentiveness I have been given to be well informed from the moment I checkout to the moment I walk out the door.

Pretty good service only some functions could be improved more. If I don't like the paint even if it was mixed could have been exchanged if I wish to buy another from the same store topping up a bit more money.

This store is always clean and they always h w stock of what we need. Employees are always quick to offer a helping hand and they are always smiling. The cashier, Jennifer, was very helpful and made my wife and I laugh a little bit too. Having friendly people help you out when you’re thinking you’re having a bad day really helps turn everything around. Thanks jennifer and Home Depot for making my day better!

This store is very clean and the staff are friendly. I did not have trouble find an associate to help me.
