Bought a stove and a garbage disposal today. Everyone very friendly and helpful. The person in the appliance dept. was very helpful and I will ask for him when I come back for further purchases. I only know him by his code DT89BK. Very positive shopping experience. I will definitely be back.

I don't like this store because it is not for handicap and the disable people there is only one shopping scooter car for disable people to use while inside the store.

I usually know what I'm looking for and do my research upfront. This time I was a bit distracted and almost walked out without figuring out something for an urgent work for a client. Marisa went above and beyond, found what I need, restocked shelves and figured out that a piece I've been looking for for 10 mins was actually included with the item, too. Staff is usually super friendly and helpful here but this time it wasn't just nice but also saved the day for me. Thank you!

The staff was amazing today and 2 different members went above and beyond to help us get what we needed.

I found due to covid-19, I guess.... That the store had plenty of friendly people who had enough time to help me to find exactly the items I was looking for, and the clerk volunteered to help me check out at the self-checkout, since I only had two items... Normally I could have wasted 45 minutes of time locating and buying two items... I think I picked up a garbage disposal and some plumbers putty and was on my way in less than 10 minutes...

I was hesitant to order cabinets from Home Depot because of the general lack of service available. But Yen is fantastic for design work, and the pricing was competitive. Definitely worth a stop if you are remodeling your kitchen.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. The experience assisted us in making the refrigerator purchase on our very first visit to the appliance department. We will be receiving our new refrigerator in just a few weeks. Great shopping experience.

San Rafael Home Depot is my local store, it’s a very busy store, located in the heart of Marin County. Though extremely busy, I get a lot of help from the fork lift crew when ever I need it.

We just moved in to a new home and we pop in and out of Home Depot like it’s out second home. You always find someone to help direct you and make the right decision. Thanks!

I was shopping and I was lost and confuse and a black woman help me at the pro desk. She was nice and open me a account up

i needed a replacement window, I got Harry Franz email address and sent him pictures of what I was looking for. The next day he responded with several choices and delivery dates. Harry was just the way a window salesperson should be, very knowledgalbe and helpful with suggestions. He knew his computer very well so it was fast and accurate.

Has a full range of building materials including stuff we couldn't find elsewhere.

Just don't go there. Unless you don't want any kind of customer service or competent employees, go to Ace, Jackson's, or anywhere else that has what you need. I knew it was bad from past experiences, but wow.

I had terrific service from Gleidson, who had worked at Home Depot for only 3 weeks. He went above and beyond in helping me save $917 on a blinds order. Bravo!

Usually clean, friendly & well stocked

Products are important, but employees make or break my experience in any kind of retail setting. What sets our Home Depot apart from others is the availability of people to help, and their great attitudes. I'm always able to get assistance from someone who really makes me believe they want to help me! Employees have often gone the extra mile to give me advice or help me lessen my confusion about a project. Such a good store.

no one answers the phone at this location- no one ever calls back- no way to correct error except by going into the store- delivery did not happen as scheduled- no phone call- not within time frame as promised-

This is easily the worst Home Depot of the many I have been to. Aisles are crowded with junk. Shelves are stocked with parts that aren’t organized. Stock is frequently out. In the rare u stance you be an find an employee to help, they have no clue. Good management is sorely lacking. Just compared to other Home Depot locations, this one is EASILY the worst.

Store is loaded with supplies and very helpful employees.

Store has been upgraded . San Rafael store looks cleaner and seems to have a better feel.

Please acknowledge employee Patty for being the only employee who offered to help me load a portable AC into my car. I waited over 15 mins after she called for assistance for me and NO ONE showed up! She stopped what she was doing and offered to help me! Thank you Patty! Where were the other employees? Males? Taking a break??

You need to find products yourself because the staff are not very well trained. If you are knowledgeable in what you are looking for you will be fine.
