I had a terrible customer service experience at this store. Ordered a dishwasher on Jan 3rd with an expected installation date of Jan 20th. The store associate added all the necessary parts to the order and we were all set to have the appliance installed on that date. On Jan 20th the installation person came and told us that we will need 10 ft parts and what he has brought are smaller. He suggested we should call Home Depot and re-schedule. That was the start of our ordeal with Home Depot. We called Home Depot and asked the store associate to re-schedule. They said they will check schedules with the delivery company and get back to us. We waited a couple of days but didn't hear back. Then I went to the store and had them schedule in my presence. The new date provided was Jan 29th. We were also told that notes have been put in to ensure that the long parts will arrive with the appliance. On Jan 29 I get a call from the installation company's driver that he is on the way. I asked if he has the long parts and he said that he didn't know he had to bring them. He understood that the installation cannot happen without these parts and he asked me to stay home while he is trying to find if any other driver has these parts. He also promised that if he isnt able to install on that day he will be sure to come the next day between 7 AM and 11 AM and complete the job. I didn't hear from him on that day. Later I went to the home depot to speak with the Manager of the Appliance department (Joe). After a lot of back and forth with the installation company he confirmed that the installation will happen on Feb 10th but they will still keep the Jan 30th date (as was promised by the driver) in case they find the parts. We also spoke with the store manager Francesco and expressed our disappointment and frustration with the process. He was quick to state that the option we have as a customer is to cancel the order. He didn’t show much desire to really address the issue and take the ownership to ensure this fiasco isn't repeated. Next day (Jan 30th) we waited at home until about noon and still no news. Later I called the installation company and received conflicting messages every time somebody would pick up the phone. Some would say that there is no mention of long parts, others would say that their order details state that I have already received the appliance and they are only supposed to do the install. I had no confidence that they would get it right this time around. On Feb 2nd at 2:40 AM I received an email from Home Depot saying that my order has been cancelled. I called Joe at Home Depot and he said that the installation company has cancelled the order by mistake. I called the installation company and they said that Home Depot has cancelled the order. About 30 minutes later i got a call from one of the drivers of the installation company asking if my order is still active, to which i had to ask why he isn’t checking with his supervisor. Called Joe (the appliance department manager) again and he suggested that the only option now is to place a new order and the next installation date is going to be Feb 16th. The Million Dollar question is, Should I trust Joe and place a new order? Will they get it right this time around? As a customer what recourse does Home Depot provide to compensate for the frustration that their employees are deliberately having their customers go through?

Horrible customer experience, and plan on not going there ever again. I had to buy some boxes for moving, and had such a horrible experience checking out.

This store was very clean, even in the Masonry isle. The morning management team was very helpful and took care of my issues swiftly and with no troubles. I finally worked with Isaac, he is one of the best Home Depot employees I have come to work with in a long time. He helped me out when no one else was physically able to. Isaac ROCKS

His attention to detail and guidance from employee to customer is incredible and we cannot thank him and his staff enough for helping us out as we order and purchase product to restore our community with ARCspace and Habitat for Humanity. The team members are always as helpful as they can be! The store is clean and there is always parking available in the shade.

I think they’ve handled the Coronavirus pandemic exceptionally well, doing their best to keep people at a safe distance, the store stocked and clean, and plenty of helpful staff.

If you have questions or are looking for flooring I recommend either Angelina or Brandon. They are knowledgeable, empathetic to your situation, and are willing to take the time needed to get you where you want to be and be happy with the decision.

I can usually find the items I need however when I cannot, the staff is always friendly and professional. They always make sure I find what I need and advise on the use of the item.

New Self Checkout stations are a major upgrade. Outstanding. So glad they retired the older units. Much easier to check out now and there were support cashier ready to help and provide assistance if needed. Major Kudos... Thank you

In driving up to this store, the name of the street, Little Orchard, somehow gives you a good feeling. The store is excellent. The only suggestions I can make is to ensure that cash register lines are kept short (and you seem to be doing a good job of that) and that you keep the parking lot neat and in order by having someone pick up trash. Oh, you should add some EV charging stations. Other than this, I felt the store is great.

In the paint department someone walked by asking if I need assistance which was appreciated that I didn't need to go find someone, My cashier, Nancy, was so friendly and gave me a tid bit which I will remember. This visit was memorable.
