He helped my mom and I put a massive lawnmower in her tiny car. He is so friendly and hardworking. He is informative in the product we bought too! He is the nicest worker there!

A floor associate in the plumbing aisle carried 4 heavy steel pipes with me from the rack, thru check-out, and then out to me my truck. Basically NO WAITING for this Rack-to-Truck assistance. The associate was very courteous and helpful.

Home Depot is selling items they don't have. I am routinely getting item sales cancelled but charges for those items go through and the funds remain tied up for a week or so. What is especially infuriating is that I sometime find that out at pickup and to top it off email they send after the fact implies that customer canceled the purchase while cheerfully announcing how the cancellation was successful. Situation is getting progressively worse and not limited to just this store but all of them in the area.

I bought a huge hose through self-checkout and I was the only one in the self checkout so the lady who was suppose to be watching the transaction was in La La land because after I finished my obvious purchase of the hose she asked for my receipt but more like asked for my receipt to pull a quick little power move because she couldn’t have missed me pay if she had even turned her head my way again I was the only one in self checkout. That’s okay though. Karma is real and a full circle of getting it back to people who deserve it. So I’ll just hope I can see Karma to this little girl who should put on some big girl panties and do her job!!! I know checking receipts for a fact isn’t apart of it! Little girl you should get soap in your mouth! Rude! Annoying!! Never again SALINAS you blew it!

Home depot salinas is a store that have been a place where I can find almost always what I look for.

Very clean restrooms

I got to experience the most incredible customer service at the Salinas Home Depot number 1843. Monique C. didn't look like she was old enough to have lived thru the 60's and 70's but she sure demonstrated customer service like she did. Amazing, amazing, amazing! Thank you Monique you are a champion!

Monique working at the pro desk is the best Home Depot employee ever! Also in general a very genuine person!

We love this Home Depot- we have bought everything for our “fixer upper” here. Plants, tools, tile, lumber and chicken coops- your possibilities are endless!

I went to store to purchase items that showed in stock that my local store did not have and when checking out the cashier DILMA would not accept my military ID for the veteran discount stating I had to have an online account. TODAY of all days, Veterans Day!

I had re-bar that did not fit into my truck. Jason came up with a fantastic idea to cross the re-bar in a half circle to fit. He smiled and helped with such great help. We need more employees like him.

Jose and Jason were so very helpful and kind, taking our boards and lumber to our truck and loading everything quickly. They took my husbands electric cart back into the store. Lots of smiles and enthusiasm.

I like the selection of tools at this location, Some of the staff are more helpfull then others. Nonetheless they usually have what I need. Just wish the store was a little more upkept and cleaner.

My appliance specialist, Yolanda was the best!! She’s knowledgeable, patient and friendly!!

I recently went to home Depot to purchase all new appliances for my kitchen. Debbie Oliver at the Salinas store help me through the process. She knew I was nervous about making such a large purchase, and I couldn't have asked for a better sales associate for assistance! She is the reason I will return to the Salinas home Depot.

Though this is a very busy store, I was impressed with how well-run it was. There was competent staff everywhere and business was processed smoothly, including my own. I like this store so much more than my local one that I am will to travel 20 miles to it!

Both the girls in the self check out seem like they don’t take their job seriously! Unbelievable! From what I could remember one is tall and white and the other with blonde hair kinda chubby! All they do is talk not so very helpful if I needed assistance they tell me go make line in one of the registers so unprofessional!!
