I purchased pavers to make an edge around my deck and sunroom. They look great - thanks to the advice that Heath, the Home Depot employee gave me about paving gravel choices.

The Home Depot in Salem Ohio in my opinion, always offers the best shopping experience, the employees always go over, and above, are very friendly, and always helpful in finding those difficult products, Joe and gary at the pro desk are great, also had cashier BAILEY, sherry, Chrissy, Joy, Jane, Mike, also, Craig and Mike in plumbing, always have the answers,

I purchased a custom size bathroom vanity top and was very pleased with the sales person that assisted me. Nina was very helpful and nice.

Bought a few bags of Quikrete, was told a loader would be outside to help. Loader avoided this old military veteran for a long time. Had to do it myself. He was not busy helping others. Cashier was great, she was also disappointed in this employee not doing his job.

I needed carpet for my porch. Went to Salem store and to the carpet department and talked to Nathan. I needed a piece of carpet 12'x36'. Nathan got a helper and rolled and cut the carpet. Nathan and his helper took the carpet up to checkout for me and then helped me load the carpet in my Jeep. After loading the carpet I offered to pay for there help. Nathan refused and said it was there job to help. I could not find my wallet, I checked all my pockets and the Jeep. I was walking back in with Nathan and a lady came out with my wallet. I'm not sure if it was my casher or not but the casher's name was Makenna. It's nice to know that Home Depot has good people who care. This was on July 15th at 09:12 AM

I bought a storm door and it was a little bit heavier and more awkward than I thought it would be. Michael was at the check out and asked if I would like some help out. He was the nicest and friendliest young man that I have come across in a long time. He waited for me to bring my car around and then helped me load the door into my SUV. Thank you so much Michael!!

I went in to salem Home Depot today and both Dawnyel and Sherry were a great help! Dawnyel went out of her way to help me load dirt and tell me about the new Facebook page featuring the sales. Sherry was kind and friendly checking me out and showed me the kid programs. Both ladies made my trip so much easier!

Had the best experience of all of our Home Depot trips today. Our appliance sales person Gabby was attentive but not pushy. She helped, listened, sought additional information from us. Would have ordered online after looking at floor models but bought two appliances live in store because of how helpful she was.
