Easy in and out parking...Good tool assortment- basic to advanced... I generally make this my first choice for any project..good window and door selection in stock...plumbing and electrical good too...Lighting and fans are okay-alot of budget lighting which is okay but kind of hard to find the reasonably priced higher quality items in stock..BUT many times their store brand stock standards can be better than than name brand..Example- store brand vs. Kohler toilets; work just as well for 30-40% less..this doesn't apply though if your trying to put a style together- store brand looks generic... you can ditto this thought for alot of the departments, you must compare the value and style... HD is almost a one stop store. For me, the place is big, you do alot of walking, and I'm there longer than I should be because I'm too curious about what's in here!

I had to select no I would not recommend the store for one reason Dash on a Sunday afternoon the garden center should not be closed up tight. In order to buy mulch or plants you had to either use the self check out or go all the way to the other end of the building to the contractor register. Which is exactly what we had to do since we just wanted mulch and didn’t have a bag to scan at the self check out. If they’re going to sell mulch and plants then the garden center needs to be open.

I had a scheduled measuring for flooring on Monday which cost me $35. Was told I would hear back same day. It’s now Thursday. So I called and they tell me I do not have flooring chosen although I knew what flooring I wanted on Monday already, but the measurement guy said I was to tell HD when they called me. I told the guy what I want. He couldn’t find it after I gave him brand name and even product number. So he directs me elsewhere. Then the next guy couldn’t apply the flooring I wanted to my quote because it’s online only flooring. Then I ask for a quote for labor costs and he says well he doesn’t do quotes but he will see what he can come up with. It was a complete disaster. I got the quote emailed to me after asking. But yet nobody contacted me all week to tell me it was done. What a horrible experience and an expensive quote. I can’t believe I lost out on $35 for all that nonsense. Would definitely not recommend.

good store, nice employees, knowledgable

I have always had great experiences at Home Depot. Unfortunately, this time, they did not have what I was looking for. The website states there were 3 available, there were none on the shelf.

We were quite disappointed & a bit angry with some of the employees and management. There is a big note on the entrance door of the store that masks are required for customers staff & nobody will be permitted in the store without one. Quite a few employees were walking through the store without masks & also some customers. There is no enforcement of the mask requirement by management for employees or customers. They need to either enforce the mandatory mask requirement or get rid of it completely. Before the Corona virus pandemic started we never had a problem with the staff or the store

Home depot was willing to deliver and install my washer and dryer where another competitor wanted to only drop it curbside. I never would have to able to bring them in myself and had no help.

Great store and friendly staff.

We shop here a lot and even with the virus going on, the employees are still doing a fantastic job. They are very busy right now and you need a little patience when shopping at this time. Susan is an outstanding manager and the staff is great! Thank you for working each day so we can get it done!

I just thought how silly it was to be standing in the rain waiting to go in the store...and when I get in, we (customers) are squeezed together in the vestibule with no Social distancing!! It would have been better to let everyone in, at least we could have been doing our own social distancing!!

Drove here based on the on line inventory. When I arrived bare shelf and store inventory still says they have them. Drove an extra hour instead of a closer store. Don’t believe their website.

Very helpful with curbside pickup despite large order & cold/rainy/snowy weather

Employees are courteous and knowledgeable. All person we talked to helped us with what we needed and explained product to us. The cashier Janet was extremely helpful in helping us to apply for the store credit card. She explained everything to our satisfaction. She is an asset to the store.

If you don't want friendly associates, smiles, helpfulness people, don't come here, because that's all you'll find. All the employees there deserve a recognition on this for they truly deserve it. EVERYONE yes, I mean EVERYONE is smiling and very polite and helpful.

Overall the store is very clean and the workers are very helpul.

The Employees at this store are Very Friendly and Helpful ! We drive 45 minutes to come to this store, rather than the one 15 minutes away.

My husband and I are do-it-yourselfers and are retired. We have plenty of time to indulge our hobbies. Home Depot is a store that we can count on to have what we need and courteous staff to help us find it.

The worker in the water heater department was very helpful, the cashier was very nice and the other two employees that helped load the water heater in our truck were very friendly. Our trip to the store was very speedy.
