I'm not in any form of business or even knowledge that has to do with home maintenance beyond cutting the grass. I need to home maintenance products required by my contractor, allowing me to save money. I was amazed how clean, well signed the store is as well as how nice and helpful the employees are! It was a great shopping experience!

It is nice that the store still cuts pressure treated lumber for you. Kam, is very knowledgeable and always provides excellent service. It doesn't matter if you need one cut or several. I have never had any problems with the service quality at this store.

I bought a charcoal grill and cover. Exactly what I was looking for.

I've been shopping every week at the this store. I just bought a house and they had the paint i need and they even do colors that you want . Also they think about the customer and the customer can save .

Went to Home Depot in St Clair for a new dishwasher on 8/2. Hooked it up. The cycle setting was stuck on Heavy. The button to change this did not work. So we ran it on Heavy setting. Worked for 1 minute and shut off. Returned this and picked up the exact same one on 8/5. This one would not change settings either!! I called the morning of 8/6 and spoke to a manager who didn’t seem to care. The afternoon of 8/6 we returned it. Mind you Each trip back and forth was 30 miles!! We were not offered anything for our troubles or wasted fuel. Not to mention rude employees. Awful experience and will not shop there again. Needless to say we bought one elsewhere the same day from Mayer and Kehler, hooked it up and works like a charm!!

Preen 5 lb container is clearly priced $23, but rings @ $35. This is an ongoing problem for over a week now. Garden plants clearly marked 50% off ring up at full price. And associate would not honor their own signage stating 50% off.

Then man who takes care of the tool section is very knowledgeable and know where everything is located.
