While the products are good and the prices are good, the customer service is very poor. On several occasions I have been ignored by the staff and treated rudely when I do happen to find someone to talk to. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store.

We prefer to shop in Southeast Fresno and this Home Depot store has employees that go above and beyond in helping us with various projects. They are knowledgeable, kind, and look for ways to help. Iin every department we find information and suggestions to help us. Doris in doors and windows, John one of the managers, Ramiro in flooring, Alexandra and Adrianna at the customer service desk and others whose names I am not remembering. We have had good experiences and much help. Thank you for being in southeast Fresno

I had a post that bowed in about 2 weeks after installing it as a patio brace.I took a picture of it and ask john frances if i needed to bring back first.John got me a new post right then and i was on my way home.thats real customer service.thanks john

Good customer service friendly and fast checking out also employees knew there stuff some stores have to ask and ask but overall I will be back again.

Sales person VXM1306 was extremely helpful and made our shopping experience pleasurable. We purchased all our kitchen appliances and she wrote up the order and established a delivery date, all in about 25 minutes.

Very friendly and good customer Service.

Normally I like shopping this location I've spent several thousand dollars in the last few months remodeling. But the cashier today named Samantha was the rudest most condescending person I have ever met. Checking her phone acting like she couldn't be bothered and busy chatting to the other employee about her boyfriend cheating on her. Very poor example of what to do in customer service but a good example of what not to do to keep the customer happy

The guys in the building and lumber dept. were a great help. They were very knowledgeable in construction and roofing.

My experience here at this store was great. The sales associates are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The store is clean and this is the Home Depot I like to shop at.

I went to store around 8.15am, I ask one of store employee what time u guys open garden center outside it says 8am, he answered me we can not open right now, we don’t have employees. So I come home then went again around 11.30am, I was not happy about that.

The home depot has employees that are courteous and helpful.

This store is always very well stocked, has plenty of cashiers and very friendly staff.

I will not shop at any other home depot. The staff were friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything we needed to complete our project.

I have had Associates and Managers both help me in this store #1086 S Fresno, CA, I myself have had a very great experience with this store, I am asked every time I am in the store if I need any help locating anything, and I usually don't need help, but their have been a few times I needed help, and the Associates have done a wonderful job locating the items I needed, the Associates are very polite, and have manners, I at over 60 appreciate that very much. If the store does not have what I need at the time I go to get it, I also leave with an answer as to when it might come in, and I call before hand to make sure it is in, and that their are no back orders. The Store is always clean, and the bathrooms are clean as well. I am an Older Lady that has to do everything by myself, and when you go into a store that, Greets you with a Smiling Face it Brightens Your Day.
