Great experience - What stood out was the cleanliness, and more importantly an employee who showed me around the store to find items on my list.

I always LOVE to go to this Home Depot BECAUSE I can get HELP at once...People are Very Friendly and they ALWAYS have what I NEED or Want and they even have "THINGS" that I couldn't live without...LOL!! I'll be back Very Soon too!

The employee named Lakhdar was so amazing. He followed me throughout the entire store helping me find everything that I needed. I bought over $2000 worth of items and I had my a very active kids with me and this man was wonderful. I was looking for a specific power scrubber and this man searched all over the store for it because on the computer it said that the store had the item but we couldn’t find it anywhere. He did not give up in fact he went and got a forklift and found it somewhere deep in the store and brought it to me while I was checking everything out at the checkout center. Holly was amazing at the checkout center as well she was very sweet and was helping me bring up everything as my kids were getting tired She helped me get out of the store a lot quicker than I could’ve gotten out of there if I was doing it by myself. The manager was also a sweetheart and he assisted me with a couple of things as well. I did not remember his name but he has blonde hair and very tall and handsome. Thank you so much for everything that you guys did for me I truly appreciate it. You guys are awesome

STORE EMPLOYEES WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL; HELPED ME WITH MY POWER WASHING NEEDS AND I ENDED UP BUYING A NEW POWER WASHER. THIS STORE HAS WON ME BACK. NICKI AND DON WERE EXCELLENT.

Best selection of materials, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is my go to home improvement store! I always get what I need at a fair price. If it isn't available at the store I order it on line. The store is always clean and the staff is ready to help. Great place, keep up the good work.

Had poor customer service this visit. Not the norm for this store but also unnecessary. At the checkout, only one associate was friendly and helpful with self checkout machines. Only 2 staffed lanes were open and only 3 self machines were working. When very busy, as was yesterday, make certain all checkout lanes and machines are functioning. As a stockholder, I am concerned.

CUSTOMERS OF THIS LOCATION HAVE A CHOICE OF A SIMILAR RETAILER VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR BY. MY EXPERIENCE FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW LIVING IN THE AREA HAS BEEN THAT THIS STORE HAS THE ITEMS I AM LOOKING FOR WHEN THE DIRECT COMPETITOR DOES NOT AS WELL AS THE STORE LAYOUT IS MUCH MORE "USER FRIENDLY". I USUALLY DONT HAVE AN OCCASSION TO INTERACT WITH STORE ASSOCIATES HERE, HOWEVER WHEN I HAVE THEY ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.

Store personal are real help full and my return water tank warranty was hassle free.tank leak after 5 yrs free replacement .

Usually, when I shop at home improvement stores, I need assistant for directions of where stuff is. Or, like today, I was there to buy kitchen appliances. I found Home Depot has attentive employees and they actually look towards you instead of seeing you but not acknowledging you. I get help all the time. Today, it was a breeze to buy 4 appliances (via the employee, Stephanie, on the computer bc the models I wanted were not on the floor). So, I recommend Home Depot because the employees are approachable and very pleasant.

The customer service at this store is exceptional! Much better than local competitors. Glicelle helped us with our purchase and did an excellent job.

Had a excellent experience at this store. Being new to the Cape, it was so nice to have friendly staff help me with finding items, and purchasing through the check out. Also were very nice in loading my items quickly. Found everything I needed at this time, and will continue to shop here for my upcoming projects. Very clean and organized.

Great shopping experience today at Cape Coral Home Depot. Lots of staff available for questions, checking out, loading and customer service. Customers were all able to get what they needed and check out quickly even though the store was very busy. Store was clean, all staff friendly. All stall wearing PPE properly.

HOME DEPOT SOUTH (#6975) HAS USUALLY HAD A BETTER SELECTION OF PRODUCTS THAN ITS MAIN COMPETITOR. THERE SEEM TO BE MORE PEOPLE AVAILABLE IN THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS IF I NEED DIRECTION OR ADVICE. IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY EXCEL. THERE IS RARELY ANY WAITING FOR RETURNS, AND THEIR RETURN POLICY IS VERY AGREEABLE.

The store was clean and the employees were very helpful in assisting me while I was there,especially Andria and Russell.

I/we have shopped at this HOME DEPOT ever since it first opened, which sure cut my traveltime, as I used to shop at the Home Depot store located on Pine Island Rd. & US 41. I have found that the staff overall is very good, however one Lady Named DAWN (unfortunately I do not have her last name) has always been OUTSTANDING, she is very knowledgable, courteous and FRIENDLY.
