Store is clean, I have no problem with that. Staffs are friendly and helpful. At times, I find it hard to wait to be assisted, because they are always busy. I'm a busy person also and sometimes, I could not stand waiting, especially when I need answers to some technical questions about the product that I want to purchase, for instance, a refrigerator. There was a time that I have to walk out after 20 minutes wait and I was told to come back.

Don't hesitate to ask. The staff are very knowledgable and will really help you. Their priority is good progress on / completion of your project. Or to give you the best experience possible. In the power tools section, look for Anthony. If the item is priced differently online, he will tell you why. And he will find a way to meet your expectations. (Turning the store upside down, yes they have all the tools to do it, is not out of the question - as they did for me.) Anthony, Arnold, and Ann, thank you for making it one of the best shopping experiences on a hectic Black Friday.

Either store management doesn’t know how or doesn’t care is the problem. Maybe lack of help could be a cause. You are a retail outlet. That means doing business and satisfaction is paramount. You have lost this customer

The staff was absolutely amazing every single person that was working was so niceAnd so kind and went out of their way went out and beyond for me and it was absolutely amazing I’ve never been into a store and had someone be so nice that I just wanted to go back just to talk to them and find something that I need to buy just to go there !

On 10/5/19, SAL in appliances assisted with my purchase of a dishwasher, stove and microwave. Sal was VERY knowledgeable, courteous, patient and helpful. On 10/10/19, I called the store to modify the delivery of my order. Sal called the delivery service and was successfully able to meet my requests, even though it was a lengthy process. Unprecedented customer service, thanks SAL!

The people in the store are great, and so very helpful. I was recently shopping for a grill for my husband, and this store had the perfect one. Because it was the end of the season, and the grills had been outside all summer, Krishna and the manager were able to offer a significant discount for me, and that sealed the deal. I was able to get the frill my husband wanted at an affordable price for my budget, and my husband is thrilled. Thank you all for the extra effort and for helping me with the details of the sale. This store has a great staff.

I am not a big time buyer like a lot of the contractors that come here but I come frequently for the supplies I need as a do it yourselfer. I actually feel that a lot of the employees have become friends. This store and the bathrooms are also neat, clean and organized

Visited this Home Depot today and found it very easy to get in and out of quickly. Found everything on my list that I wanted in a jiffy, even found a "live" person to assist me when I needed it. Most of all, the Cashier was so friendly, kind and proficient; made no mistakes! Where can you go these days and find that?? This Home Depot respects our military men and women and provides a decent discount to them and recognizes their service to our country. I highly recommend this Home Depot because they are consumer friendly!

Customer Service in this store is by far the best I have ever experienced in any other home improvement or any other type store. Staff on floor and at registers are always asking if they can help. Managers are on the floor assisting customers and working. Store is well stocked. As a Pro Customer, the Pro Desk has the Very Best Proffessional and Knowledgeable staff of any store. I travel extra time and miles to shop this Home Depot, avoiding several other home improvement stores.

First it has good convenient location, u can find every thing easily. All items are properly arranged in sequence wise. Flooring is little high rates than other but store have a large varieties of flooring options such as wooden, vinyl laminate and also carpets. Prices need to be little bit low that will b helpful for customer and this thing will increase in stores daily sellings.
