This is my "go to" store for anything I need that they carry. I am about to build a ne home, so Home Depot ill be seeing a lot of me.

Some of the employees and management appear to be stealing from customers and the store alike Buyer beware if you go to the store!

They are very friendly and helpful

Employees run the check out lanes very efficiently.

Jon in the plumbing department was extremely helpful in helping me determine and locate all of the neccessary components needed to re-plumb a bathroom sink.

The Home Depot store on Sunrise Blvd in Roseville if overall very good at acknowledging customers and employees in ordering departments are and have always been very helpful.

Great service

The store is always clean. The sales people are awesome; nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also have good prices on things like cleaning products, which you would not expect to find at a hardware store. It's very convenient! I would recommend this store when looking to purchase anything you need.

Smitty the store representative that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to assist me.

Quite difficult to peruse aisles on electric scooter due to free standing displays crowding aisles.

Employees are very helping in directing you to the right person for your home repair or building needs. Noel is your go to person if your looking at purchasing a shed at Home Depot. Noel knows her stuff and answered all my questions. She helped me with the process of building a shed online to fit my needs; to getting the financing for it through Home Depot with an 18 month deffered interest plan. Home Depot didn't charge tax on my $3,089.20 purchase in addition gave me $100 off the price for opening a credit card with them.

This store has personnel who consistently place it above and beyond similar stores. They "know their stuff," and can locate materials for this reviewer's typically nonstandard projects. They strike a good balance between being friendly but not gushy, helping me get to the fun part of a project quickly and easily. Thanks, folks, it's appreciated!

I like how courteous and helpful the staff is Including a wide range I have items to choose from.

worker anna went over her job description and has become a head of store security judge people by they colors and store manager Steve is good to back up your employee but when a customer come to you with a problem been caused by one of your instead of saying there is nothing i can do found a solution's and address your employee not to judge people by they colors

Their clerks are rude to military retirees who request the military discount they offer. Lowe's treats the military far better.

Poor management at this HD.

I bought a Genesis II gas grill from this store awhile ago and I ruined the two plastic wheels by pushing it sideways. No Weber wheels at HD because lets face it, who breaks both wheels? I tried HD lawnmower 8" wheels but the Genesis II axle was about 4" to short. I went to Weber.com and bought the only 8" replacement they sold and the axle was about 4" to short. I went back and explained this to Shanon who brought Lynette on board and when they realized there was no solution they got MOD Steve involved. He realized I was out of options so he took two wheels off a floor model and gave them to me! I really appreciate how HD stood up for its customer and fixed the problem. There was zero solution so these folks just fixed it! What a great experience. Thanks Roseville HD!! if you wanted to fix your Genesis II yourself you'll need a rod 5/32 in diameter that is 24.5 inches in length then drill press 3/16 holes at each end for cotter pins. Then you should be able to use any 8" replacement wheels. I don't have all that stuff.

The store had the items we came to purchase. The store seemed to be clean and organized. The bad news: The ONLY checkout cash register available was a self-service kiosk. As a moral commitment I avoid using self-service cashiers, I want the store to employ a human being, instead of simply sending more money over to Asia to manufacture electronic checkouts. Does this affect our choices of where to shop? You bet it does.

This Home Depot is my absolute favorite. Anytime I go into the store any employee I have ever talked to has helped me find what I need or if they did not have it in stock they would help me find it elsewhere or order it for me. All of the employees know where everything is, very helpful, and very kind. I suggest if you need anything for any job that you may be working on go to this Home Depot and they will definitely take care of you.

I am a woman doing a small repair. The employees were helpful and friendly. I don't usually shop at Home Depot, but the excellent service I received throughout the store impressed me. I will definitely come back to this store!

I'm sorry to say that packing the center of the isles with merchandise, especially the main isle has made mobility through the store increasingly difficult but... worst of all... forcing us towards self-checkout is forcing me to shop elsewhere. Very disappointing.

No longer will we be shopping here. Tool employee had no idea what I was talking about when I described what I needed. I had to find it myself, but as usual, Home Depot only carries 'kits' and the size I needed was missing. Also, now there is only one cashier and the rest are self-service checkouts. Poor customer service when I have cash, but only the one check out has a cashier that can accept cash. With 10-12 people waiting ahead of us in that line, it took a long time. Bad customer service.

Jandy in the paint department was so helpful! She was the only person in the paint department that stopped to take her time to explain what we would need in order to paint the entire inside of our home. Jandy was very detailed and clear with her explanations and without her we would of been lost in trying to figure out how to get the job done. It's people like Jandy that keep us coming back to Home Depot.

The new check out is absolutely horrendous!!! They have taken out most of the clerks and now rely on self check out. 90% of the time the person needs help checking out, which slows the process down or you can't get to the "card only" check out stand because that stand is in front of the clerk. and the line is backed up wanting to use the clerk because no one wants to use the "card only" station. Nobody likes standing in line but what is better? Standing in line with people in front of you that don't know what they are doing or standing in line with a clerk who is trained to check people out. The person or persons who came up with this concept needs to work a real job where time is money and be forced to stand in the new Home depot lines.
