I bought an item that was on sale for 997 and it rang up 1297. The lady made me go take a picture. The lady at the checkout registers did not believe me, and made me go take a picture for her instead of her, doing it herself calling the manager if you have items on sale, they should be ringing up on sale, because that is stealing from people who think are buying things on sale and are being charged otherwise

Was having a bit of trouble finding bulk PVC fittings. A Home Depot guy who was setting up a display for water softener stopped his project to help me. Easy in - easy out. Solid prices on my purchases

Filthy men’s restroom. I tried to complain to a manager and was told that’s not his job description, and that maintenance will be in to clean it later. People were using paper towels instead of toilet paper in the bathroom stalls, because there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

As a retired Marine i have little time for incompetence, if you say that you are going to honor the countries veterans with a simulation of savings than do so without belittling them, especially from someone that wasn't even born while you were in combat!

I was wanting to get a Halloween product that was sold out on line for forever. When I found out the store was setting up for Halloween I immediately went to see if I could find what I was looking for. What I needed was still up in the shelves ( 😟) but luckily for me I ran into Mike(he's from electrical). He immediately helped me out and brought it down for me. No hesitation and with a smile on his face. He had help, Annie was there to save the day as well. Thank you both for helping me with my purchase and for being nice about it. We all know some employees sometimes have had a rough day and can be a bit aggravated when asked for something but not Mike. Thank you.

We always enjoy our trips to Home Depot but today's trip was extra nice. All the staff was friendly and super helpful. It certainly does help to have great customer service!

Home Depot in Rosenberg is great store with great products some associate can be real helpful at times!! After last night went in around 9pm to do a quick return and it was a terrible experience I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness(JUMOKE) Home Depot if you are listening this young lady needs to be taken out of customer service and retrained or terminated

Jeffery and the rest of the staff were absolutely the best customer service oriented people I have delt with in quite some time. Everyone I interacted with there was so helpful and kind; eager to assist me. I felt like I was with friends!

Looking for gardening supplies. The two young men at cashiers station were on their phones and couldn't tell us where anything was. And then we encountered Ray - an elderly gentlemen who helped us find everything on our list. He was knowledgeable & friendly. The BEST customer assistance we've ever had at Home Depot in over 35 years of shopping at least once a week. Truly a treasure - Ray is a rarity.

I've been shopping the Rosenberg store for 11 years. I've encountered only friendly employees. Not just to me but to each other. I've heard people say, I can't find anyone to help me. So, plan a mental trip, "I'm going to enjoy the experience." That's what H.D. is! Smile! Make someone else's day!

I recently purchased a washing machine, dryer and refrigerator from this store. The sales lady was fantastic at helping with price, delivery and warranties!

I had a very good experience with a very knowledgeable Home Depot, employee name, Randy! I was shopping for a new counter depth refrigerator when he provided me with so much info about different brands of refrigerators. I went home and returned the next day to purchase one but Randy was working in another Dept. A new employee tried to help me but was having trouble. So I ask for Randy to come help me. 5 minutes later Randy came to the Appliance Dept. to help me purchase my new LG Refrigerator. Very knowledgeable and helpful and Home Depot is lucky to have him as there employee!

Love to look and see what new products and deals Home Depot is having. Super happy with this location and I will always come do business here.

Always have great customer service

We bought a 4pk of LED bulbs and one didn’t work. Without hesitation the return/help cashier, Darrell said “Go get the bulbs and we’ll swap them” He also never lost his kind-helpful disposition to the less than customers in front of us! Great employee!

We’re a young Latino couple. Being the only Home Depot in Rosenberg we have no other choice because we like Home Depot. But when you have 2 employees staring at us while we’re checking out makes me feel very uncomfortable. I’m not stealing or trying to take anything so why make people feel that way by just standing there watching us check out? When we aren’t the only ones checking out. I don’t understand that at all.
