Rude employees. Made me feel very uncomfortable shopping here. Employees had bad attitude. It was too much to help me check out. Condescending.

I would not recommend the store in general but I must acknowledge Gary as an employee as going above and beyond what was necessary to get my question answered.

The Home Depot is absolutely the best place to shop for all your home needs. It is easy to find the products you are shopping for due to the signage all over the store. If we need help we ask for it and the associates are always very helpful and friendly. The store was extremely clean and the associates were all wearing masks due to Covid-19 and we appreciated that immensely. We were wearing masks too. We are just normal folks not professionals, and we bought all of our supplies we needed and painted our house last year. It looks great now thanks to Home Depot. We shop there frequently. Thank you for all you do for all your customers to make it a one stop shopping center.

I had to give 1 star to send this. I give 0 stars cashier was rude and escorted a man up in front of the line at self service register. There was 5 + people in line. I'm disabled and was waiting my turn like every one else. We told the cashier there was a line and she didn't care. She ignored us that was standing in line and still let him check out in front of us.

Love this store very satisfied . One employee stood out and went above her pay grade in so making my girlfriend laugh and happy after some bad news . Thank you Liz you are awesome.

It's really sad when you have to write a bad review about how you were treated. I am a military veteran that spends my weekends doing Do-it-yourself projects and I depend on Home Depot not only for good product but dependable service and discounts. It's disappointing when I have to spend an hour each time I go there fighting for my discount. What's really upsetting is the manager's are spending more time trying to figure out how to cheat me out of a discount...so much so the the assistant manager pulls the price tag off the shelf and rips it up in front of me. So instead of me getting the mark down price for buying bulk that is promoted and advertising the manager tears it up...then makes it seem like I am getting a deal when he didn't even give me a full military discount. I am definitely spreading the word about Home Depot. Spent nearly an hour at the checkout because the manager could not do her job correctly...then handed it off to the assistant manager who did just as bad. I'm totally dissapointed with the service at home depot. This is not the first time this has happened either....That's why I am speaking out about this. Home Depot before you contact me pull and review the video surveillance. You tell me what the is going on with your management.

The lumber and variety of home building supplies exceeds my expectations. Any questions I've had are always answered with a smile, and the question is there anything else I can do for you? A lot of other companies would do well to model this behavior.

You will enjoy going to this store! The staff that assisted me were super friendly and helpful. It had everything I needed after going to Lowes and not being able to find anything I needed. No comparison. Store is very clean and laid out nicely. I'll shop Home Depot from now on!

Great crew. Some real experts in the departments. Easy to figure the store out and find things. Returns are convenient.

Customer service is hard to find these days but this Home Depot has never disappointed us. You are greeted when you arrive and having knowledgeable staff is great!

I absolutely love this store. Not only does it have a great selection of home building and remodeling supplies, the employees all really step up and help with anything I've needed. I feel completely welcome, and no question has been met with a bad attitude.

Amazing Customer Service....great clearance sections and 70% off wood. you can get everything you need in one stop with out having to go across the street. I would recommend Roseburg Home Depot.

The Home appliance associate (Female mid 50s) misled me on pricing of a $800 deep freeze. I was misled either through incompetence or intentional “bait and switch”. Very dishonest to say the least.

Sometimes the help knows little about their area, but then there will be one that goes above and beyond and checks their smart phone to find an item before they say "I don't know". Wish I could tell up front which one is knowledgeable. I like this store overall. Some of the aisle signs don't tell what they need to. Try to find the aisle with the electric face plates..or the cupboard handles. But then if an employee asks me if they can help..those people do know where they are. Store is always clean. I like the specials I find in the back by appliances. Received good and quick help on some specials. I shop there a lot because I am renovating my home. Which is about 11 miles from the store.

We usually find what we need, the in-store pickup lockers are a great addition to their store services, and the employees are usually very friendly and helpful!

The customer service at this store is incredible . The store was organized and clean.

This store has great customer service. There are some really experienced guys to help with plumbing and electrical. The staff regularly ask if customers need help. They know where things are located. And they know how to leave a guy alone if he's in a rush and just needs to grab what he needs and get going. I've bought everything from flowers, to a planer, to 4" double ABS cleanouts for plumbing. They have a lot of good things!

I easily found the item I needed and had more than one associate ask if I needed assistance. My one and only MAJOR complaint is that ONLY self serve check outs were available. I am not against having them available but I believe customers should have the option to have check out lines that are staffed. I was unable to use a Valid Coupon I wanted to use at the self check out, which further added to my frustration.

MY REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT DELIVERED ON DEC. 4TH AS SET UP. WE WERE NOT TOLD IT WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED AT 3PM THE DAY WE WERE EXPECTING A PHONE CALL AT 3PM TO TELL US WHAT EXACT TIME IT WOULD BE DELIVERED THAT DAY!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A SHOCKING SURPRISE THAT WE WERE TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE A BACKUP DRIVER AS AN EXCUSE... WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL US THE MOMENT THE DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP... AND WHY DIDN'T THEY HAVE A SUBSTITUTE DRIVER AVAILABLE... SUCH A BIG ORGANIZATION AND ALL..... ?????????

The store is clean and reasonably stocked. I have never been without. Also, buying online is great. You can receive your order up front.

Flooring department terrible I will not go back to this home depot for any flooring waited over 30 minutes to get help employee looked at me made a smart comment so I decided I'd find another store that has more knowledge and better customer service

The only complaint i have is the air hose fittings seem to always be out.
